GeoRas will create the XScutlines3D feature with a TIN DTM created from a
10m NED GRID DTM but the feature is empty when created with the
GRID. Cross section viewer gives this message "PlotCrossSectionWK:20003:
Conversion to 3D feature failed, check it's extent". What am I missing?
