Sewer Pipe Integration

I am researching approaches for integrating a sewer pipe network into a watershed drainage network. I am trying to determine how to most accurately integrate the pipes at the heights attributed. I have an up elevation as well as a down elevation, and need to integrate by subtracting these elevations as a line with slope from a DEM.

You must make a proper design with all the measurements. There are very much of possibilities that you must be aware of that.you must use proper water leak detector technique and tool. This will ensure in proper implementation of the sewerage lines.Slope is the most important factor in making your drainage system fine.
Both the pipes should be attached in a proper slope.
