I have trouble with setting target location for raster data in Arc Hydro. It shows that my specified folder location is not a raster work space and so does not proceed further, I don't know what is wrong. Also, the subversion of Arc GIS and Arc Hydro are not the same on my computer, any suggestions on Arc Hydro versions that works well with Arc GIS 10.3.0.4322.
