Major Aquifers Data

I am looking a shapefile or series of shapefiles that delineate the boundaries for some of the world's major aquifers.  Specifically, I am looking for the Upper Ganges, Arabian, Persian, Western Mexico, Lower Indus, North China Plain, and Nile Delta Aquifers.

Does anyone know where I can find these?

I'd go through individual aquifer's webpage and find from there. If you can't find the data you need, contact relevant people. Another way is to search for papers discussed about your areas of interest and contact authors accordingly e.g. for Nile Delta Aquifers
