Hydraulic model in arc for water utilities?

I would like to know if arcmap can model hydraulic pressure in PSI at any given location or valve in a municipal infrastructure.

You can do that in ArcMap with Infowater from Innovyze.

Great, thanks! Seems like it may be difficult for a single GIS analyst to take this on, even in a small municipality, without the expertise of engineers and surveyors.
