I have a problem with HECGeo RAS when I want to export the layers to GIS Format.
I am French an I am using ArcGis in French langage, I don't know if it is important or not ...
I have attached the message it send me (a picture). The first sentence is 'No way to translate the unicode caractere /u00E8 from index 3410 to the specified code page'.
I worked with a 'GRID' terrain type.
Does someone has an idea?
