I am a new ArcGIS user and am having trouble getting the HEC-GeoRAS 10 toolbar to install automatically in ArcGIS 10. I have been using ArcGIS 10 without any problems. When I download and install HEC-GeoRAS it says it has installed sucessfully. However, when I open ArcGIS 10 and go to the Customize < Toolbars, it is not available to select.
I am running .NET Framework v3.5 as required during the installation of ArcGIS 10. Is this possibly causing an issue with the automatic loading of the HEC-GeoRAS toolbar?
Do I need to somehow direct ArcGIS to look in the HEC-GeoRAS installation folder (PATH environment variable) and if so, how would I go about doing that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
