ERROR Deleting a Trace Network from a Feature Dataset

Hello,
I am running into an error deleting trace networks from a feature dataset. In PRO Catalog I can select and delete the trace network. It shows as successfully being removed from the geodatabase, and then when I refresh the geodatabase is re-appears and has not been deleted.
When I try to create another Trace Network or work with the data of the Trace Network differently I get these error messages. To work around this I am creating a new feature dataset and exporting the feature classes that I want to use in the Trace Network into a new feature dataset, and then deleting the entire feature dataset with the original Trace Network. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a better solution?
