Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone here might be able to point me in the right direction.
I have a river network, a dams layer, and many points of interest along the river network.
I am looking for a way to identify those points of interest that have a dam within a certain distance upstream. I am not familiar with all of the networking tools that are available with ArcGIS (routing, networks etc...) that could help me.
I am open to any and all suggestions at this point from writing my own code to using built-in functionality.
