I am trying to run DEM reconditioning. I have tried on the local server with the same results and run the basic troubleshooting tasks in most of these threads.
When I run the tool through the toolbar I get the AGREEdem, when I run in the toolbox I get a message saying it is complete almost instantly and but no results.
The only reason this is an issue is because I would like to select "Raise negative values", which is not an option in the toolbar version.
Why would this be happening? I've uninstalled and re-installed the ArcHydro Toolbox also.
