Hello,
I haven't found a good method yet for calculating distance upstream from one point or polygon to another. I'm trying to relate water quality data at a stream gage with upstream land uses (agriculture, etc) and nonpoint pollution sources.
Can anyone refer me to studies or methods that would illustrate this and give me some good ideas of how to proceed.
I've produced flow length and accumulation grids, but am not sure how to actually use them.
