ArcGIS Pro- Can't access the help section in any tool of arc hydro toolbox

I downloaded the appropriate version of the Arc Hydro tool for arcgis pro from- https://www.esri.com/en-us/industries/water-resources/arc-hydro/downloads#arc-hydro-for-arcgis-pro.

Now, I want to use specifically HAND processing toolset within the arc hydro geoprocessing tool. But, when I click on help button to understand more about the tool; it throws me an error saying- "windows cannot find the file. Make sure you typed the name correctly". I have searched extensively on web for any documentation if available on Arc Hydro tools but I could not find any. I am stuck and need help in understanding how each tool functions and usage of it. I am attaching the screenshot for reference.
