Is there a reason that in ArcGIS 10.4 when I Define Projection a raster the z-coordinate is not showing? I've tried the same raster on 10.6 and it projects the z-coordinate but for what I am working on it requires me to use the older version since a toolbar is not yet available for the recent ArcGIS.
