Arc Hydro - Problem installation on Citrix Server

Hi,

I installed Arc Hydro on a computer without any problems.
But when i try to install the module on a Citrix Server, the installation cannot finish (Server 2008 R2 Std)

i have this windows [ATTACH=CONFIG]30801[/ATTACH]

the progression go the right then reset to the beginning and never stop. i click Cancel then the module is not installed.

We use ArcGis Desktop 10.1 and Arc Hydro "AHGW3.3.0Setup10.1"

The programm doesn't extract the data.
The Aquaveo file appears in "programs files" but not the installation files like exe or dll.

Do you have any idea of this problem?

i found my solution on Internet.
i tried and it works perfectly if someoneelse have this problem with an arcgis extension.

Wow, that is kind of a corner case--I quit trying to use Windows Server 2008 R2 on my workstations because the Desktop user rolls were troublesome and stayed with 64-bit Windows 7.

But thank you for posting the link suggesting to adjust the TSMSI key, glad you were able to find it.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services\TSAppSrv\TSMSI\Enable

That tweak should should help for any RDP or Citrix VM users. Had the folks at Aquaveo been of help? Usually they are spot on with their tech support.

Sorry i forgot to mention that solution came from Aquaevo's support.
I contacted them and they found this solution.
