Arc Hydro Failed to execute (FlowDirectionWithStreams) - Stream file not supported

Hi !
When trying to run FlowDirectionWithStreams in Arc Hydro, I have got the message:
"Input Stream "MyStreamName" does not exist or is not supported"

My Stream is a .shp file with a projected coordinate system.
What can be my problem ?
Has anyone an idea ?
