It's great that I can use an arcade expression to display related table information in a feature's pop-up. Are there any plans, with Map Viewer (Beta) to be able to symbolize based on those values? I have aa "Incident Report" point that has two related tables (one for investigation and one for repair). I created arcade expressions to show "Investigation Date" and "Repair Date" in the Incident Report point's pop-up, but I need the ability to not show points on the map that have been investigated, to help keep the maps a little cleaner for our dispatchers. I am working to have spatial views created of the point and investigation and the point and repair. The only solution I've come up with so far is to create an arcade expression that removes the point from the map after a certain amount of time. Even when it comes to adding the spatial joins to the map, it will just be points stacked on top of each other, which really isn't ideal either.

I was experiencing the same issue. On a whim, I saved the map after creating labels, then refreshed the webpage, and the labels showed up.

It would be a hard sell to get my IT Dept. to upgrade to 10.9.1, so I rekon I'll have to suffer through. I just got them to install Map Viewer (Beta)

If I add features to a map, I'm able to create a custom form for it in the Field Maps Web App. If I add that feature to a group, via Map Viewer (Beta), the custom form still appears in the Field Maps Mobile App; however, when I launch the Field Maps Web App, that feature now shows up under the Reference Layers group, grey'ed out, with a message "Editing of this content is disabled". How can I edit forms of features that are grouped? Do I have to create a form, then add the feature to a group; and, if I need to edit the form in the future, do I then have to take the feature out of the group, save the map, go into the Field Maps Web App, edit the form, then go back into the map, and move the feature back into the group?

Thanks. I've checked them out, with no success. I'm able to get an existing record to open in the web version of Survey123, but no the mobile app.

So, if I had an inspection table that is populated via Survey123, what would my URL and/or arcade expression need to be to open a Survey123 form, populated with the information from a specific inspection record, so that I could modify it?

Thanks for the reply. The bigger picture is - an inspection is performed on a meter (as a related table) via Survey123. Meters that require work are symbolized on the map. Workforce Assignments are created for crews to go fix what has been identified in the inspection. If a crew is performing work in the field, they can see on the map that a meter close by needs work. They can perform the work, and if a Workforce Assignment has been created, but not assigned or assigned to someone else, I wanted them to have the ability to edit the existing Workforce Assignment (changing status, assigned to, etc.). If, however, workforce is going away, I'll need to find an alternate method for assigning work (crews and supervisors still like the ability of having a list of work assignments..."go do these today" vs. "look on the map and do what you can"). Additionally, I'm trying to figure out a way to launch Survey123, populated with all the meter inspection information, so they can edit the existing record to note what work they performed on the meter, and to mark the inspection as no longer needing repairs. Alternately, I could edit the inspection record in Field Maps, but no "select multiple" option exists for editing attributes.

What would the URL look like, to allow me to launch Survey123, from Collector, populated with data from an existing Workforce Assignment, to allow editing of the assignment? I've created a Collector map, with Workforce Assignments symbolozed, so crews working in an area can see work assignments that may exist, but are either unassigned, assigned to someone else (who hasn't worked it yet). If the crew does the work while they're in the area, I'd like for them to be able to edit the work assignment (assign it to them, change status to complete, etc.). I've gotten as far as creating the URL to launch Survey123 from Collector; however, I can't seem to be able to get Survey123 to populate with the Workforce Assignment's data. The URL I'm using is: arcgis-survey123://?itemID=[Survey123 Item ID]&field:GlobalID={GlobalID} I've tried several combinations of globalId, Globalid, globalid, etc. I saw where one post mentioned Workforce used a ${assignment.GlobalID} format, but that didn't work either. Any help would be appreciated!

Ah, gotchya. Well, I changed that, but it didn't fix anything. Even with "section" in there, if I removed the choice filter, every "work performed" selection would appear.

Every select_one and select_multiple field has that green indicator in the corner. Probably because "select" is in that field. If I remove the choice filter, all choices under Work Performed show up.

No, Work Performed only displays when a Department Section is selected. It acts as a method to keep the form a little cleaner looking (upon loading, user only sees Location Map, Date, and Department selection. As they answer questions, additional fields are displayed.) There's more to that 'relevant' formula that you can't see.

Thanks. That's pretty much exactly what I have. I can get coordinates to work, but not address. I've tried Match_addr and ShortLabel, neither work. Oddly, it works in the web form, but in Connect and on the mobile app, I do get an error when long pressing on the map that "Reverse geocoding is not available when searching all geocoders. Please select a single geocoder."
