Great, thanks! I entered to following into the hyperlink script of the feature in ArcMap: Function OpenLink ([globalid]) Dim path Dim objShell path = "https://survey123.arcgis.com/share/surveyid?portalUrl=https://my_company's_portal_website&mode=edit&globalid="&[globalid] Set objShell = CreateObject("Shell.Application") objShell.ShellExecute path, "", "", "open", 1 End Function Finally got it to open the Survey123 web form; however, when that link opens, I get: and none of the attribute information submitted by the previous person is populated. Looking at the URL in the web browser, it appears correct. The record's globalid is, in fact, at the end of the URL string.

Is there a way to hyperlink to an already submitted Survey123 form, from ArcMap, so that edits can be made to the survey form? Field users use Survey123 to submit a request to engineering to review something, which places a point in ArcMap. Once Engineering reviews the point in ArcMap, I'd like to include a hyperlink script that would allow ArcMap users to utilize the hyperlink tool to reopen the already submitted Survey123 form, to be able to enter a response... similar to how one would open a survey from 'Sent' or 'Inbox' in the Survey123 app.

Have you made any progress with this? I want to do the same, but don't utilize the ".maps.arcgis.com" portal URL.

I have a lot of maps that are used in dashboards, that I don't need available in Explorer apps. Being able to prevent them from being available in Explorer would eliminate a lot of confusion for app users trying to figure out which maps(s) they should be using.

Is there any HTML code that will generate an Outlook task, instead of an email? Want to put a 'note' in a Survey123 form, towards the bottom, that the user can tap on and generate an Outlook Task, instead of just the regular, "mailto" code for a regular email.

We may have to dig a little deeper then, because the table has attachments enabled on the server; however, Portal doesn't seem to be picking that up since Survey123 is giving me an error saying attachments aren't enabled.

I have a feature with related table stored in our GIS database, that is published to our GIS Portal as a Feature Service. I need to enable attachments on the table, that is used for inspections; however, I do not have that option from the data page of the Feature Service: Looking at the rest directory information about the table, the line Has Attachments is true, and attachments are enabled on the table in the server; however, when trying to create a Survey123 form with the feature, I get an error when trying to publish the survey that Enable Attachments must be true. Any ideas on how to enable attachments on the table?

I have point features with ID numbers, a related table used to inspect the points, and a relationship between the two - built off the ID number. I've attempted to create a survey that could be integrated with Workforce, but have been unsuccessful. My plan was to create a survey from the related table of my feature. I'd then create an assignment in Workforce, enter the ID # of the feature to be inspected in the assignment's ID field, and have Workforce pass that number to Survey123 when the field user selected "Survey at Assignment" so that it would be related to the point. I was unable to do this, however, as it appears Workforce's ID field is text, and my ID # field was a numeric field; so, I revised my dataset and made the ID field in both the point feature and table a text field, then rebuilt the relationship. While this then made the ID field an option when configuring the Survey123 app integration in Workforce, based on the list of attributes that were selectable it appeared Workforce was going to pass it's ID number to the point feature, and not the table (even though my survey was built against the table only). My guess is, if I build a survey that has the point feature attributes and a repeat section with the related table attributes, it would add a point and a related table record any time a survey was submitted, correct? As a longshot, I attempted this, but Survey123 gave me an error that basically said it couldn't work with a relationship built off a text field. Any ideas how to achieve what I'm trying to, or is it not possible?

Is there a way to do any conditional formatting? If the expression resulted in a value 50% or more, could you format the text to be bole red, otherwise it remains the default?

I have a form that is "signed" in the field by customers (an image field in the form that has an appearance set as "signature"). Before the Survey123 form is submitted, there is a note, at the bottom of the form, of "Click Here to send an email copy of this form" which is html coded to send an email with the contents of the form (if the customer wants an email copy of the form, this is how they receive it). Is there a way to include the signature, which becomes an attachment once submitted to the database, in the email? My initial guess is that it cannot, since that attachment doesn't exist yet until the form is submitted to the database; but, I wasn't sure if there was a workaround or other method of achieving this.

Correct. Field Crews utilize Survey123 to select a job they are performing and then select from a number of hazards, control mechanisms, etc. associated with the job. It's a looong list to display in a dashboard, so I'm trying to shorten it some. I want the list to go from this: Feature 1 Attribute 1: Yes Attribute 2: Attribute 3: Attribute 4: Yes Attribute 5: Attribute 6: Attribute 7: Attribute 8: Yes Attribute 9: Attribute 10: Feature 2 Attribute 1: Yes Attribute 2: Yes Attribute 3: Attribute 4: Yes Attribute 5: Attribute 6: Yes Attribute 7: Attribute 8: Yes Attribute 9: Attribute 10: to this: Feature 1 Attribute 1: Yes Attribute 4: Yes Attribute 8: Yes Feature 2 Attribute 1: Yes Attribute 2: Yes Attribute 4: Yes Attribute 6: Yes Attribute 8: Yes

I know can duplicate individual widgets, use Shift to drag them into a single group, but is there a way to then duplicate that entire group, instead of just an individual widget? I have about 80 groups of 3 widgets that I need to duplicate, and it's a little tedious having to duplicate each, individual widget, drag them together into a group, resize them, then repeat.

Thanks for the reply. I should have specified that I'd like this top 10 to be displayed either in a dashboard or an Experience Builder webpage - I'd still like all 80-some hazards visible/selectable in Survey123. The dashboard will then display the 10 most selected hazards. The issue I'm facing is that for every feature, there are over 80 attributes (one for each hazard that is yes/no selectable in Survey123). I've created a dashboard that has indicators for each one of the attributes, and included some conditional formatting to highlight any attribute where the count is 50% or above the total number of records; but, this grid-format of a bunch of numbers is hard to look at when there are over 80 blocks. The red indicator was the only way I could get the most selected hazards to stand out. Here's a snippet of the dashboard:

Thanks for the reply; however, I don't think that will work in my situation. Applying that filter will filter out the features, I just want to filter out attributes that are null. My list currently looks like this: Feature 1 Attribute 1: Yes Attribute 2: Attribute 3: Attribute 4: Yes Attribute 5: Attribute 6: Attribute 7: Attribute 8: Yes Attribute 9: Attribute 10: I want to exclude the attributes that are null, so the list is a little shorter and easier to read, like this: Feature 1 Attribute 1: Yes Attribute 4: Yes Attribute 8: Yes

Is there a way to only display attribute values that are 'not null' in a dashboard's list? I have a list with well over 100 attributes, but to make the list a little more compact and easier to read, I'd like to only display the feature's attributes that are not null. This: Attribute 1: Yes Attribute 3: Yes Attribute 6: Yes vs. this: Attribute 1: Yes Attribute 2: Attribute 3: Yes Attribute 4: Attribute 5: Attribute 6: Yes
