I checked my ArcGIS Services today and observed that All of my services were gone. Then, I tried to recovered them. In my first step, I opened the mxd that was used before and wanted to re-publish it as a map service. However, the process failed due to 'Feature service requires a registered database'. In this mxd, the map layer is sourced from a gbd file. What should I do to fix the problem? Thanks.

In my SOE project, I need to convert a Point feature to JsonObject. The related code in my app is below: IPoint point = gHelp.getPoint(k_Values, coordinate, pPtsColl); JsonObject onSegPoint = Conversion.ToJsonObject(point); List<JsonObject> jsonGeometry = new List<JsonObject>(); The point does have X, Y and M values + geometry, etc. However, after the conversion to JsonObject, the M value is mission. How can this problem be solved? Thanks.

Got my problem solved. The problem was due to the conflict of 2 SOEs that have the same Guid ID and/or Package Id defined inthe AssemblyInfo.cs. When I built the 2nd one, the 2nd one was copied from the 1st one + needed modification. Thanks for your review and response.

I created 2 soe projects that are almost identical in structure and code. I deployed them into my ArcGIS Server. One of them works fine, but for the 2nd one, I got “Failed to construct instance of service xxx. ClassFactory cannot supply requested class." Any idea for fixing this bug? Thanks.

I posted my problem 2 years ago. That problem was solved a long time ago after the updating to V10.2. Good luck!

Not public. I tested the query string: (Upper)MON_TYPE LIKE 'theValue' and MON_TYPE LIKE Upper('theValue') but neither works (see Search Tool - Case sensitive ). Thanks.

FC = feature class. This FC is published as a mapservice layer. I'm using ESRI cmv project template. The serach function provided in that project is case-sensitive. I also posted a thread there: https://community.esri.com/message/546455#546455 Besides I also tested the query string: Upper(FName) like 'theValue'. It does not work.

I tested a query on a FC in ArcMap and the published mapservice layer in ArcGIS Server simultaneously. In ArcMap, the query is not case-sensitive. However, it is case sensitive in ArcGIS Server. Is there a way to set the query case-insensitive in the published service layer? Thanks.
