Hi, The field is a double and I've the widget linked to data, so it's not showing red. The wind speed field is showing yellow in the expression.

I've tried live and published views, same result. I've other expressions within the experience that calculates the difference in footfall over a day - that's works with count (field) - count (other field)

I realise this seems a very basic question, however, I can't for the life of me get an expression to work - I want to convert wind speed from m/s to mph. {Wind Speed (m/s)}*2.2 All I get, when inserting the expression is the name of the expression. It's driving me bonkers!

Hi, Yes, 2020.3 and AGOL Insights. So, I realise that within a table I can view the coded domain fields, however, applying advanced filters or calculating a field based upon a domain result, as per my post, doesn't seem to be possible. Just looking for any work around - I'm looking to support a team manage contract costs based upon inspection types (a domain field) x a fixed cost.

One thing too note, the create Relationship class tool is only available with Pro Standard and above licences, not Pro Basic.

Hi, if they are now supported, how do we make this work? I'm on 2020.3 Desktop and online, and don't even see fields that contain domains when wishing to calculate a value or advanced filter.

I'm new to Insights, so perhaps don't fully understand the Share and Update, however, I'm getting an error when trying to update a previously shared workbook page. Can anyone help with why this happens? In terms of what I've done, nothing more than update some of the layout and changed the overall sharing permissions to embed into a Hub Site. The underlaying data, two feature layers, have not been changed. It's really frustrating as, to me, the workbook is now broken.

So what was the Solution? As far as I can see there's nothing but a loop back to the original question. Within Dashboards you can calculate and see items in domains, however, frustratingly, it's not in Insights. I'm wanting to create a calculation that will provide an inspection cost - basically if Inspection Type = Emergency then apply cost of £xx.xx Will the ability to see and work with domains be added in the future?

If you used a Story Map Series and set the point layer pop-up to show when you move through the story, that would expose the attributes. Make sure you, within the web map, properly configure the pop-up to suit your narrative needs. Also, using web app builder, you could use the Info Summary widget to create some level of detail in a panel. I have to admit, like the capabilities to expose attributes in a details panel within dashboard, it would be nice if that same feature was available when creating a Story Map - very useful for dynamic content.

I've an established survey that uses Coded Domains within the feature layer and relationship table. I'm wanting to calculate out expressions to give costs etc. that look directly at the coded values. For example, cost evaluations; A routine survey costs £xx.xx , I want the expression to look for all Routine Surveys in a coded field and calculate the value. Within Insights I can't see any attribute columns that are coded domains. This does differ from Dashboards where you can filter and express a value. Long question, cut short - Is there a work around for coded domains in Insights?

I'm not sure it's entirely possible in AGOL, you can "fake" it to a degree by creating a feature layer with a unique id field, then create a table with an UID there too. Adding the layer and table to a map then running the analysis tool and joining layer UID to table UID. The only problem with this is that, unlike creating a proper relationship class in ArcPro is that the ids won't be created for you and won't follow parent to guid. If you carefully manually create and enter the IDs especially in the table, you'll get some form of working relationship.

Yes, I'd like to give the user an option to download filtered data - I see a way of using Insights within an Open Data site along with internal uses too.
