Is it possible to change the date/time entry experience for users on a laptop? My field guys are complaining that it takes too long to scroll through Time GUI and they'd prefer to have just a text field and manually type in the time. Do I need to change all my time fields to text, or can just adjust the appearance somehow?

This isn't something I have done before, but have you tried using the Number Arcade function to convert the string into a number value in the OpsDash? Number Number( value, pattern? ) -> returns: Number EDIT: Opps, looks like it might not be supported yet: https://community.esri.com/ideas/15442-arcade-expressions-in-operation-dashboard

Well, it is that time of year again and I'm having an issue with the or_other option for select_multiple and Report(Beta). When I choose multiple options from the select list and the other option the text input into the Specify other. dialogue box gets repeated multiple times in the Report word doc. Results in: Field Technician: ${FieldTech} Field Technician: Mark L , Jimmy , Aldrin P , Jimmy , Jimmy Any suggestions? Thanks, Adam

Just checking to see if there is an update this year on the Stonex S5 being supported in Collector. We are looking at purchasing a bunch of new units this year and I want to make sure we explore all our options. Cheers, Adam

Unfortunately the Launch Workforce button on the Workforce for ArcGIS front page directs you to the http:// URL, I guess that should be updated.

How do you take a Local 3d scene and add it to a layout? I have never worked in 3D before and found the process to create a Local scene from my map that has DEM Hillshade data. My Client wants this to be a figure for his report with a legend etc.. and I cannot for the life of me find out how to do this.. Any help much appreciated. I have attached a snip of the data in my pro project. Thanks Tina

I have the same issue, I have a few dozen line symbols that I want to globally apply a line type to without resetting the offset and colour settings I have already assigned to the individual layers. I'm able to change the line width globally, but not the dash effect.

I've noticed a weird issue when republishing forms that prompt you that it would erase existing data. It looks like instead of overwriting the existing hosted feature layer, multiple host feature layers will be created for the survey, depending on how many times I overwrite the form data: My problem arises when viewers of the form login into the Survey123 site, they are getting the data from the old version of the form data, while I, as the form owner, see the new data in the Survey123 web interface. Is there a way to redirect their view of the data to the latest version of the feature service without providing them with my login credentials? I have tried unsharing the old version of the FS which didn't solve the issue. I have also tried manually delete the old version of the FS in ArcPro and AGOL. I was able to delete some versions of the hosted FS, but not the original version which is what is visible to the viewers not using my AGOL credentials. I know if I publish a new version of the form this issue is resolved, but I was hoping for a less disruptive solution.

Thanks for you response Don. I'll give the Spatial Adjstment toolbar on ArcMap a go and see if I can regesiter it to the proper location. A better alternative for us is to move the exising DWG data (local mine grid) into a projected coordinate system (UTM13) in AutoCAD. It seems like we should be able to do this in AutoCAD where we take the coordinates from the WLD file and register the drawing. I'm sure it is possible, but I don't have AutoCAD installed to test and I'm trying to explain this to a remotely located CAD desginer.

I have a DWG with a WLD file that will place the data properly for me when I define the appropiate projection in ArcGIS Pro. However, the CAD desinger has added an object data table that is not visible when I read the DWG in ArcGIS Pro. The object data table will export to the attribute table of a SHP file from AutoCAD, however, the drawing is not georefernced and I don't know how to georefernce the SHP file. I was hoping that the CAD designer could use the plugin to georefernce the DWG in AutoCAD and the resultant exported SHP would be georeferenced. Is this easy to do? Can they use the coordinates from the WLD file?

This is great news, our company has several GS15 units. It would open up a lot of internal opportunities for our department if we could use existing hardware.

I want to pull the name value from my select_one list into the Report Template instead of the label: The label looks great in the Survey123 app: But I need the actual DB value (i.e. '9') in the Report Template instead of the verbose label ('<b>9</b> - Very Good, New Condition') Alternatively is there an expression that will pull a specific character into the Word Doc report instead of the full label?
