Is one of the fields a STRING and the other a NUMERIC? I do not think so on the tile packages. Tile packages are just a snapshot of the data which is broken down into tiles for quick display. There may be other ways but am not familiar with them.

You would need to load the rasters into a Mosiac Dataset; https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/time/set-the-time-properties-on-data.htm Then you could publish as an Image Service: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/sharing/overview/publish-an-image-service.htm to ArcGIS Enterprise. Please note, you will need to have the Image Server extension on Enterprise to publish a mosaic dataset; https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/10.8/publish-services/windows/publishing-image-services.htm.

Can you provide some more information on this? I see Oracle errors, that I would not expect with a file GDB. What is the version of ArcMap & Enterprise Geodatabase? Are you just adding the feature classes to a map or is this done via some tool?

Here are the min. versions for Pro 3.2.x: Each major version of PostgreSQL (12, 13, 14, 15, etc..) are different from each other and have minor "updates" (.x) for each major version. Herer is the link to the latest supported versions for windows: https://www.enterprisedb.com/downloads/postgres-postgresql-downloads Hope that helps.

I wonder if there is an issue with the version of PostgreSQL you have. With Pro 3.2.x, the minimum supported version at v13.x is 12 (https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/system-requirements/latest/windows/database-requirements-postgresql.htm). That could cause an issue. I would update PostgreSQL to 13.12 (or newer) and then retest.

Looks like you need to add: info_format=text/html to the end of the request. See the doc below. https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/server/latest/publish-services/windows/customizing-a-wms-getfeatureinfo-response.htm

Retired means this: https://downloads2.esri.com/support/TechArticles/Product-Life-Cycle.pdf - page 11 of the pdf starts with Enterprise. You can still use the software after that date, BUT there will not be any real help available or updates.

@GIS123EXPERT - yes, that is correct. The ability to install ArcMap on Server 10.9 was blocked. It was updated for 10.9.1. Your options are: Upgrade to Enterprise / Server 10.9.1 or install ArcMap on a separate machine. I would HIGHLY recommend installing 10.9.1 instead of 10.9 as it would be the most up-to-date version and includes multiple patches and security updates: https://support.esri.com/en-us/search?s=Newest&cardtype=support_patches_updates&version=10%252E9%252E1 Also 10.9 is in Mature status (so no updates) and will be Retired June 1, 2024; https://support.esri.com/en-us/products/arcgis-enterprise/life-cycle (scroll down for the larger table)

There could be an issue with the spatial index on that feature class. If you stop editing and rebuild the index using the GP tool, then you start to edit and create a new polygon, does it show up?

It looks like from v10.0 (any patch level) you will need to upgrade to 10.3 first; https://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/10.3/manage-data/gdbs-in-sql-server/upgrade-geodatabase-sqlserver.htm Then move to Pro 2.8.x: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/2.8/help/data/geodatabases/manage-sql-server/upgrade-geodatabase-sqlserver.htm Then you can go to Pro 2.9.x: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/2.9/help/data/geodatabases/manage-sql-server/upgrade-geodatabase-sqlserver.htm Because you are so many versions behind, you would have to make 2 - 3 jumps. You may be able to do this with another ArcMap client version instead of Pro, but would recommend lots of research and planning to make this drastic of a change.
