What is the current level of RAM/CPU usage when these errors occur? Are there any other programs running on this machine that SQL Server is on? Is this a VM?

I would recommend that you download the correct version of the patch for the correct product (Server,Desktop, Engine, etc.). In the name of all the patches you will see an "S" or "DT" or "E" etc. This corresponds to a specific product. Below is a screenshot of the patch you referenced above and for v 10.2.2 and it shows the designations. If there is any confusion, I would recommend contacting Esri Technical Support for further guidance. Hope this helps!

I would not recommend deleting anything that is created in the Enterprise Geodatabase. All of the objects/procedures/tables/etc. that are added are required for the geodatabase to function correctly. Some tables may stay empty the entire time you use your enterprise geodatabase, depending on what you store and/or use the geodatabase for. Here is some documentation on the system tables for SQL Server: System tables of a geodatabase in SQL Server—Help | ArcGIS Desktop I do not think that we have a list of the procedures that are created. Hope this helps! Enterprise GIS

I do not think that this patch requires an Enterprise Geodatabase upgrade and from the description of the issue it is a server based issue, not geodatabase. Update: I think that if there is a EGDB upgrade required that there will be a patch for the Desktop client also. Just my thought. I downloaded the 10.6 version of the patch and it was 108kb.

Hi Elizabeth - Unfortunately ArcGIS 10.1 has been retired, as of January 1, 2018, and is no longer supported. This would be a main reason that a patch might not be available. Update: To be clear, I am not sure if the issue also impacts previous versions of the ArcGIS Server (pre-10.2.1) for which their are patches available. Regardless anything pre-10.2.x is now retired. Retired: Esri Support 10.1 What does Retired Status mean? http://downloads2.esri.com/support/TechArticles/Product-Life-Cycle.pdf Hope this help. I would recommend you look into upgrading to a newer release in the near future in case you have a need to get support.

If that is the case, then it sounds like something in the export/import did not work correctly. I have backed up/restore many Oracle geodatabases and the feature datasets are restored with no issues. Where there any issues/errors during the export/import process? Working with Esri Support, as you mentioned originally, may be the best course of action for this issue and it will more than likely require a very deep dive into the process and dump files.

How was the data copied over to the new Oracle 12c instance? If ArcGIS Pro/Map was used, why did only the feature classes get copied over? What was the version of the ArcGIS client used to move the data?

Interesting. I have not seen too much corruption on local drives. I would recommend that you contact Esri Technical Support and have them look into this. If you do not report it to them and get a possible defect created, we cannot know what to fix.:)

What version of ArcGIS Pro are you using to open the projects? Based on the error message it appears that the project was saved in a newer version, i.e. 2.1.2 and you are using an older version, i.e. 1.4. Any more detail that you can provide on the project? When was the last time that you were able to open it with out an issue?
