What I mean by that is that all the records (adds / deletes / etc.) are in a single table and not "spread" across other tables as they are in Traditional Versioning. https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geodatabases/overview/branch-version-scenarios.htm for more info......

Thanks for that information. I think there is some configuration issues going on. It may be best to work with a support analyst on this. There are quite a few moving parts to this one, which may be difficult to troubleshoot via the community posts.

Ok, so you create the PostgreSQL database (non-Enterprise GDB) outside of ArcGIS Pro. That can be done in pgadmin. It looks like you are using the "template" database that is created with the PostGIS install. You need to create a new database in PostgreSQL. There are MANY different ways to do this. Here is how I do it in pgadmin: you must be logged in as the admin account (in my case is postgres) 1. Right Click the PostgreSQL instance name --> Create --> Database 2. provide a name and leave the owner as "postgres" On the "Definition" tab, you use the "postgis_35_sample" database as the template. You can also set a tablespace location, if desired. Then hit save. 3. In ArcGIS Pro, make a connection to that new DB and create a new FC, just call it test. I usually create a database user, using the GP tool in Pro: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/create-database-user.htm, and have that user own the data. Hope this helps clear up any confusion.

What is the error that you are receiving? How long after you start the reconcile process does the error occur? You might have to increase the timeout of the service during the R / P process to some very large #. This may allow the process to complete before the service may time out. What is the service default settings? I am also not clear on what the IT department connecting to the Oracle table has to do in this scenario. If they connect to the table directly, they would technically see all the records in it. It would require a custom query to filter to the "current" ones. This is due to all branch versioned data is in a single table.

It looks like it may be possible to share the output: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/simulation/share-a-simulation.htm It may be able to share the output to ArcGIS Online.

If you have not enabled the "Enterprise Geodatabase", you do not need to use that GP tool. You can just copy / paste another FC into the database or you can right click the database connection and hit "New" --> "Feature Class" and create it that way. Make sure that you have PostGIS enabled also.

Did you happen to add any new feature classes to a feature dataset that is versioned? Can you also provide more information on your replication set up? Is the "other" Enterprise Geodatabase using replication from the primary one?

Usually that is a question for the vendor (MOTOROLA SOLUTIONS) that creates Spillman Flex "add-in / tool / application". I can say that there may be changes which are needed to the product to support ArcGIS Pro from the ArcMap solution.

I agree with @RyanUthoff on this. If you do not have a backup, create a new SQL Server database and copy the data over.

For some additional information: Where is the data located that you are exporting? local fGDB / service / Enterprise Geodatabase / other? If the data is not local, are you using a VPN to connect to the data? What version of Pro are you using?

The original defect listed was a duplicate and closed as such (https://support.esri.com/en-us/bug/when-reconciling-via-a-geoprocessing-service-created-wi-bug-000155921). The correct defect # BUG-000142108 information can be found here: https://support.esri.com/en-us/bug/the-reconcile-versions-web-tool-fails-and-returns-the-e-bug-000142108 If you need any other information, I would recommend contacting support and discussing with them.

Those tables are probably system tables created by the datastore, especially if someone creates a selection with a hosted layer. See this doc for more information on log files in PostgreSQL (go to the very bottom of the page): https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/geodatabases/manage-postgresql/geodatabase-system-tables-postgresql.htm I think behind the scenes, the datastore is an enterprise geodatabase managed by your Enterprise deployment. I think that some of those messages are more red-herring and not an issue. You can reach out to support and see if there is something else they may know about.
