Hi there,  As far as I know those are two cookies by arcgis.com backend at the time of signinig in -  esri_aopc cookie - it is encrypted and for backend to manage session, Not available to the clients . esri_locale - set by backend for client app to use for preventing duplicate loading of localized resources. Hi there,  At this time, timeExtent is not supported on OGCFeatureLayer and OGCFeatureLayerView. We will update the OGCFeatureLayerView.filter document to reflect this information. You should be able to use OGCFeaturelayer.customParameters property to filter your data based on the temporal extent.  ... View more
