Can you stop and start one of the services and see if the service information re-populates? Do you see anything in the Server logs? Set the logs to DEBUG and try the test above. If Portal and Data Store on the same machine, you'll have two instances of PostgreSQL running. It'll use different connection strings, (ports, database name, credentials, etc). So when you publish any hosted service, they all get created as "Stopped"? What happens if you attempt to start it manually through the Admin API? Even though the icon is greyed out in Manager, you'll be able to start it in the Admin API. Do you see any errors in the Server logs when publishing the service?
