Hi Archit, I am having the exact same issue. If I do as you suggest I am still missing all the other surveys that are in my "My Survey Designs" folder. For example, I have several I am still working on that have not yet been published. I agree with Lynn that this is very disconcerting, I really don't like it when things just disappear. It gives me trust issues! Thanks a bunch. Lori

Hello, As the Survey123 team has previously suggested, I have been successfully using a sample ID based upon a calculated date and relevant field for a long time. However it is no longer working. When I select 'yes' the specimen label box that opens is empty. This is a major problem for us. Can you explain what is happening and provide a fix? select_one yes_no specimen_collected Specimen collected? horizontal no text calc_sample_id Specimen label Write this fun number on the specimen bag ${specimen_collected} = 'yes' concat(format-date(now(), '%y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S'),'_',property('username'),'_GS') Thanks, Lori PS I also attached the XLSX

I sent the .xls file via email because I couldn't figure out how to attach it here. But here are screen shot of what I mean. I thought I pasted them into the original email from earlier today, but now I notice they aren't there.

Hello, Is there perhaps a fix for this by now? It is very vexing that some select_one questions (eg. Damage causing agent) show the value from the "name" column. Whilst most other select_one questions (eg. Host, Tree diameter, etc.) show the value from the "label" column. We want labels. To make things even weirder, when I look at the individual response, "Damage causing agent" shows the path for the image that is in the choices list. Any idea what is the cause and fix for these issues? Thanks, Lori

Actually both the scenarios mentioned above would be super useful. Scenario 1: Auto increment to get unique identifier between different survey instances. eg. Different plots, streams or whatever. eg, Plot-1, Plot-2, etc. To avoid the problem of different people perhaps having identical numbers, different crews could use a local feature like stream name, their initials or whatever, eg. YukonRiver-1, YukonRiver-2 (Where YukonRiver is some text entered in the field by a user, and it auto increments for each instance/record.) Another Surveyor on the Kuskokwim River would enter that. Scenario 2: Auto increment repeats within each survey instance/record. Eg. at YukonRiver-1 20 fish are sampled, such that one would have {plotname-plot#-fish-fish#}. YukonRiver-1-Fish-1 and so on. Thanks, Lori

Hello, I have been assigning sample ID using a calculate field from the date and time as shown below. It used to work perfectly (although made a very long sample ID) However, since the last update it no longer works and just returns "GO_" in our surveys. I have a feeling this has something to do with the change from epoch? But I scarcely know what I am talking about. At any rate, can you suggest a fix? I also attached the full .xlsx just in case. Thanks!!
