Recently updated my Trimble R1 to the latest firmware 5.09 to comply with the GPS rollover issues. I understand the R1 with this latest firmware is now is constant pairing mode. The issue I am having is with my iPhone running iOS v12.2. I am unable to connect with the latest version of iOS. I have an iPad with iOS v12.1.4 and connecting to the Trimble R1 works like a charm. I have newer ipads coming in soon and I'm afraid they won't work with the Trimble R1. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

We didn't have issues until we upgraded from 10.5.1 to 10.6.1 (HA). We've reindexed several times without success. The reindex 'ends' in an error and the counts are way off for Search. esri suggested running a repair install on Portal.

We've had some success with it. Guess I was thinking if a widget was updated in the new install that you'd still have to manually update the defaults. I guess we'll find out since 2.10 is out!

Excellent video - any tips or tricks as you migrate up to another version of WAB? I have several changes that I make for the attribute table, coordinate and select widgets that I use in a template - only to have them revert back to defaults when I update the webmap.

Update - ran the reindex but still not getting a match. Index actually appears to fail at some point as it errors out. Will continue to test and see if we can get the index at least closer. Reading forum posts this seems to be a common error and no real resolution has been found.

Looking to reindex as you suggest as well as esri. Fiddler doesn't show much for errors - at least to the situation at hand. Services invalid means they show as published, but when trying to view in a map viewer - fails to load. Again - I believe that running the reindex may solve some of these issues. Will report back when I complete the task.

Wondering if any other folks are have discovered issues with AGS after upgrading from 10.5.1 to 10.6.1. Experiencing some strange issues and troubleshooting has been a bear even with esri assistance. We are in a HA environment with Windows 2012 VM server. 1. Ghost data - data fails to load - either through publishing or just loading a PDF/JPG. Attempt to load again, the system says 'file' already exists. Look low and high, but it doesn't show anywhere. Have to rename file or republish under another name. 2. Categories - can't seem to implement categories - never an error, but never loads to create. 3. Map Services (continuation of item 1 really) - map services show up in AGS/Portal, but seem to be invalid. Attempt to republish thru Arcmap/Pro - choose to overwrite, but then service doesn't appear. Publish as new but fails first time. Attempt a second time and it NOW recognizes map service does exist so accordingly have to publish with overwrite instead of new - Shazam - it now publishes and all is well in esri world again! Just strange errors that have been difficult to troubleshoot before moving onto the next servers to upgrade. Wondering if anyone else experience this October gremlins as well. fun with portal

Hello Jeremie, Wondering if I'm the only one still having issues with the measurements being off similar to issues back in 2015 based on the threads. All of our stuff is using the Web Mercator projection. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Bob

Hello Jeremie - I never saw your reply until today - attached is a json file of my drawing. Update: downloaded the latest proj4.js librabry and pushed into \\stemaps\libs and was testing - appeared to be working great. Cleared cache (Chrome) to test again and back to acres being calculated incorrectly. The only thing I've been able to note is that when the tool does NOT autocalc as I am drawing then it produces the correct area. I know the new widget is supposed to autocalc, but I've experienced this several times in troubleshooting. If the tool doesn't autocalc the measurements, but only renders at the end of drawing - then the acres populate correctly. When I use your demo site ArcGIS Web Application - the acres are reported incorrectly for me as well.

here is something we implemented - created Attribute Field Alias Field Name Field Type ESRIGNSS_LATITUDE Latitude Double ESRIGNSS_LONGITUDE Longitude Double These will auto-populate with the Latitude/Longitude when using Collector.

Jeremie Cornet - attempting to utilize the latest version 2.8.1 with esri WAB 2.8 - works great but does not appear to be calculating acres properly. It is almost doubling the values - known 640 acres shows up as 1248 acres. Tested the demo you have here with the same results: ArcGIS Web Application This is such an awesome tool and heavily used by my users. Greatly appreciate your team putting this together. Thanks!

Wondering if anyone has tested the latest 2.1.2 version in WAB 2.5? I have 2.1.2 working great in WAB 2.4, but unable to get the tool to work/load in WAB 2.5. Tried version 2.1.1 in WAB 2.5 with no success either. Just wondering if all on my end as we are standing up AGS 10.5.1 and doing clean installs. Thanks.

Looking to capture GPS location of delivery tickets using a GPS enabled barcode scanner. Deliver to a lot of rural areas that don't have addresses. Want to scan the delivery ticket barcode - capture the X/Y and push back into the DB for further deliveries. Seen where there might be a scanner that works with Collector, but looking to see what else might exist out there and working for folks.
