Hi @vijaybadugu , Have you tried creating a replica outside of Field Maps (at REST or using another app)? This could help determine if its a service or app issue. Have you tried using preplanned offline areas? Regards, Colin

Unfortunately, you cannot pull this information into a field. Field Maps should honor your organizations default geocoder. Just an fyi with the workflow I mentioned above with long pressing on the map, this does not consume credits as the address is not being stored in the database. Regards, Colin

Those who have not contacted support about this, please do. We need an official way to track how many users this problem is affecting. This will be fixed for Field Maps but I cannot comment on a potential fix for Collector at this time as this involves some additional complexities (they are on a different runtime version for one) and the root cause is still being debugged. Hi Benjamin, Field Maps has Tracking functionality built in that can be utilized if the users have a Tracker license, however I dont feel that this will directly help your workflow as you want to include attributes as well. You could use a combination of App linking and Streaming to minimize user input. You could pass a URL to your field workers using a QR code, email, text, shortcut, another app, etc and this URL will launch Field Maps, open to your specified map, start a line collection and pass defined attributes to the form; all the field workers would need to do is tap "Start streaming". If you are unfamiliar with app linking you can find more info in the Field Maps documentation. The example below is similar to one that is in the documentation where you pass attributes to the form by key:value pairs. The featureAttributes must be URL encoded for that portion to work (I decoded them for this example): https://fieldmaps.arcgis.app/?itemID=3ac4145c1ac44aea86e9ed42e00fbb0d&featureSourceURL=https://services9.arcgis.com/QjGvjfQhsHAmqfjP/arcgis/rest/services/DamageAssessment_Apr2018_631d0895e7d3404bb78e8e04e92d896e/FeatureServer/1&featureAttributes={"incidentid":"527","inspector":"Frank Jones","inspdate":1502917218285} EDIT: copy the link address to see the complete URL. Geonet is trimming it I hope this helps! Regards, Colin

Of course the track view wouldn't be live and would depend on field workers uploading their tracks in the field or at the end of the day for them to be reflected in the view. With this workflow, you can also symbolize the tracks and last known locations how you want and cater it to your needs. There would certainly be device storage concerns about storing tracks on a device for longer periods of time, but if we continue to hear that this would be useful for customers we would certainly consider alternatives. Thank you for the feedback! Regards, Colin

Hi @JamesCunningham5 , What is your use case for viewing extended tracks and what would be a useful time frame for you? As an alternative, you can add a track view of your uploaded tracks to a Web Map and view them that way, given the proper permissions. Regards, Colin

This should work @ChrisRoot but keep in mind its not dynamic so when new features/attachments are added the script needs to be run again. You may want to comment in the other thread to make sure! Regards, Colin

I am not aware of a workflow that will certainly work for you however I did find this workflow using Arcade to display a features attachment in the popup. Since its pulling from an image stored as an attachment this could work offline (as existing feature attachments are downloaded with the features). This would however require that you have the Survey123 Icon added as an attachment for all features. You may consider reaching out to support to see if they have further ideas and, worst case, log an enhancement request. Regards, Colin

Hi Chris, Where is the image stored that you are referencing? I believe since it is referencing a URL this would be expected behavior when offline. Regards, Colin

Hi Kathy, I understand the frustration around this. The act of clipping would be performing an edit on the feature would cause an inconsistency between your replica and the parent service. This process would also slow down the generation of the offline area as it would be adding an additional process. I agree this can be more effectively documented. We will see what we can do to improve this messaging. Thank you! Regards, Colin

@jorisfrenkel The issues you have described I think are unrelated to this thread. This specific instance of an "untrusted host" message is happening in ArcGIS Online. I would suggest reaching out to Support with some details about what you are seeing and they can help troubleshoot further. Regards, Colin

Hi All, Just an update on this - we have been able to reproduce this in house and and have logged an issue to investigate the root cause. We would hope to have a fix for this in Field Maps in a coming release. Regards, Colin

Hello @kmsmikrud , This is expected behavior. Layers are not clipped to an extent of an offline area when the area is generated for Field Maps. If a feature bleeds over the boundary the entire feature is brought in. You could clip the beforehand as a workaround. You could also use a sideloaded basemap and preplanned areas to help minimize the download size. Regards, Colin

It may be that you are not zooming in enough to view the available tiles given that they are only available at such a restricted level. Collector and Field Maps do use basemap overzoom where you can zoom in past the available scale level so the room and smaller scales are not always necessary; you just may not have the highest resolution view of the imagery in this case. If you dont want to try another basemap, try making another area with the levels neighborhood-small building, for example. You may have to cut down on your study area as you mentioned. It does appear that something went wrong in the generating of the areas at the scales you selected. Regards, Colin

Hello, Modifying the categories was only me trying to narrow down the potential causes; I have tested both ways and this doesnt seem to make a different. I would like to reproduce this outside of your data but have not been successful so far. At this point I can log something to investigate further but on your end I would recommend contacting Support. They can help you get a bug logged so you have something to track. If you get a bug number please post it back here for reference for others. I hope we can help get this sorted in the near future. Thanks! Colin
