I installed Edge on my iPhone and set it as the default Browser and links are still working for me that I am tapping through the mail app. It could still have to do with an MDM configuration with the default Browser or something else in the MDM config. Hi @MindyBurkett , Sorry this one slipped through the cracks a bit. Have you reached out to Support regarding this? It sounds like you have a pretty good idea about how its reproduced. It would be good to have this noted alongside the other cases that can generate this error (that you mention in your previous post) and hopefully the team can address it. Hi @JayHodny , Thank you for reporting this. Are you using Field Maps while connected or offline (ie have you downloaded the map to your device)? Could you also not the type of device and OS version it is running on? I am looking to see if I can reproduce this problem. Also, what is the Streaming Interval you are using? This can be changed in the Collection settings within the app or while streaming from the overflow menu. If you set this to a less frequent interval do you have the same issues? Regards, Colin

Those links look right. I am not super familiar with InTune but perhaps it is not working because Field Maps is installed on a different Profile than the email app? ie email is locally installed and Field Maps is on a managed profile. Are you able to install Field Maps outside of InTune as a proof of concept? What about setting a different default browser (in case Edge is the problem)? Regards, Colin

Hi @ejuser , Those are the correct requirements. I believe the Nexus 7 is not upgradable past Android 6 so you would not be able to download Field Maps to that device. The app store should prevent you from downloading it. Please let me know if I can clarify. Regards, Colin

Hi @BryceChristie , Are you still having issues with the app freezing while streaming? Have you seen this on other devices? I see you mention syncing, I assume this means that you are attempting to stream this collection in an offline map? If you are using auto-sync, can you try toggling this off from the app settings? Glad that helped out! It should only be possible to have one popup type for each layer for the read only popup. However, when entering edit mode you will always see the attribute list. Perhaps you started editing one of the features? To clarify, when tapping a feature from a search result (or on the map) it should always open the read only popup first and in your case this should be the custom popup. Hi @KeithMenia , You should be able to use an app link to initiate the search from a URL. As long as the itemID for the webmap was the same as the itemID for the map that is open, that portion of the URL should be ignored and it should proceed with the search (as you were concerned with the map reloading). A URL could look like this: https://fieldmaps.arcgis.app/?referenceContext=search&itemID=922fc9a00b1f46889aeb94709a868537&search={PLACENAME} In your scenario you would replace {PLACENAME} with the name of your field with the hydrant ID. There may be issues depending on where you are placing the URL. For example, Android will filter out URLs hard coded into a field in the popup. I tested this with a custom attribute display popup and it worked. Regards, Colin

Hi @MindyBurkett , I can reproduce the error you are seeing. You mentioned you added a new value to a domain - which field and value was this? We have seen issues with this specific error in the past on Collector, but your data does not fit the typical scenario from what I see (there are usually multiple layers in the dataset).
