I created some map notes for specific locations. I need to export these to a map I created for printing in Pro. Is there a way to export these to a shapefile?

Our field workers are navigating to point locations on an AGOL map with imagery (ESRI basemap on device). Some of these positions have incorrect latitude and longitude associated with them so they appear in the wrong place on the imagery/map. We want to correct these locations in the field when they discover that the point is in the wrong place. Does moving (editing) the point change the lat/long on the app? Or when shapefile is downloaded from AGOL do I need to recalculate the lat/long in Arc Map, or does the lat/long change when the point is moved? Is it better to type in the correct lat/long using a GPS and not move the point, or do both? How best to capture the correct location for future work.

Mark, I don’t see the attachments with the feature in the geodatabase. Only the points. Highlighted answer below…. There is no field in the attribute table that indicated there is an attachment anywhere. Nothing in the identify information in the project map. Siran D. After all our data is collected in the field and we want to download the information (and the attachment photo) does the attachment get downloaded with the shape file or Excel spreadsheet format so we can use it next time we go to the field? Is an attachment only a one-time thing and we have to take a picture every time we go to the field? I see in my downloads there is no field in the spreadsheet or shape file that is a link to the attachment. I am assuming that the attachment is stored in the cloud. How long is it stored there and what are our space limitations with our license and account? Siran D. When I right click on a location, I get this window wants to save picture as a .svg file. The only way I can save the picture is to be in edit mode. Not right click but click on location, then right click on the attachment and Save target as jpg. What’s different from my system? [cid:image003.png@01D3B783.915A2840] Siran D. Our field data collectors will be going to different locations and if there is a locked gate or otherwise no way to collect data at that location, there is a field for "no measurement" which will be filled in through the domain code "NM". I want to block erroneous entries in some of the other fields. How do I set this up and where? In my map before sharing as a feature service or in Collector data table? Is this even possible?

Success! Here are the results: · I highlighted the field which has the hyperlink. Must remove ‘s’ from http to get it to work. · Copied the field name · Clicked on the link and pasted into Link Properties—in URL field and Link text field. · Result: click on the hyperlink and it goes to the page with all the contracts listed. It’s the same hyperlink for ALL the area polygons on my map. Wonder if this has to be done individually if different hyperlinks for each area? Thanks a bunch! Siran D. Jake, I even added a url link in the custom attribute display to the web site (link properties by clicking on the chain icon) the word Contract appears as a hyperlink below but it doesn’t appear when the popup comes up when clicked on the map. Hi Jake, First I changed the http://to https:// and then tried just a regular configure of attribute fields in the pop up. The ‘More Info’ link appears in the regular pop up but now the https:// does not work. I’m going back to http:// in the link……. I’d like to do a custom pop up but maybe not able to? Siran D.
