I cannot seem to have the Survey123 App (Android) remember my login credentials. There is a time out range (not sure what it is) but I remain idle for x amount of time it logs out and does not remember my credentials. this is also true if I close the app and reopen it. Other ESRI apps do not do this. This will be a huge drawback for my field crews who are going to use this. Is feature non-existent at the moment or am I missing something?

Yes but that wont export the image attachments, in order to do that they need arcmap or catalog correct? Otherwise in AGOL they would have to click on each individual feature and download the images manually... they will not like this.

When I add emojis, (same site referenced in article) in the survey they just show up as black outlined, hollowed vectors. not the colored nice ones in the examples.... i am literally hitting copy and paste into the excel sheet. where am i going wrong?

It works but I need field managers to be able to export these tables on their own (and they do not have access to ArcGIS software). I need them to be able to export to excel files and download locally/email to themselves.

You can use the splash screen widget to post a disclaimer and require users to accept in order to continue. Technically this won't prevent users from breaking the copyright agreement but it does give some legal support for your case and may sway users from attempting to download the data.

Rather than an "all or none" approach, have an option to select specific edits only you want to POST to parent versions. (enterprise GDB). in the version changes dialog box you can see all the edits and they all have a unique PID, use those ID's to be selective.

you can disable the features ability to be extracted, queried. however there are other means of users exporting the data from your web map but its more difficult. if you want the data to be open to the public then you have to understand its also open to being mined.

You have to create 2 separate services, 1st service being only a map service and the 2nd service being a feature access service. this is a HUGE drawback because now my server has twice as many resources being consumed..... fix this!

So you only want your organization to see the data? add it to AGOL and set the appropriate sharing properties.

I found an article here: How To: Delete geoprocessing history from a geodatabase The only explanation the article gives is "GIS administrators and managers sometimes need to delete the geoprocessing history from a feature class or workspace metadata." Which is not very helpful. However since this metadata is not a large size whats the point of removing it? Its obviously there for a reason so can someone tell me what the purpose of why it would be useful to do this? And also what negative impacts it could have from doing so?
