Is it better to store images on a server that are then referenced in the story map or drag/drop images from computer and have them stored with the story map? Wondering which is the best route? I'm creating my feature class and wondering if I should carry the urls in the table. Thanks.

I used Desktop because I already have a feature class with over 100 points that I want to include in the story map. I just thought it would be easier that way.

I created a Feature Layer from Desktop that has a variety of points in it. In AGOL, I added that to a map, shared and then created a story map tour. When the story map opens up, I see all the information for my points. When I try to edit the image and paste the url in there, I can see the picture. Once I save and preview, there are no images at all.

I created a Story Map Tour from my webmap. I have the pictures on the web and posted the url under the picture. The pictures are visible when I'm first working in the app. Once I click Share and Preview, the pictures are gone. All I see is the camera icon and the text Picture not available. The pictures are below 400KB. Any ideas what the issue can be?

I'm very new to Python and am working in model builder right now. I created a new field (Shp_Acs) and I want that field to calculate the area of the polygon in acres. I tried !shape.area@ACRES! and it doesn't bring back the correct value. I was using VB and the expression was [SHAPE_STAr] /43560. SHAPE_STAr is a field in my table that has the area of the polygon in sq.ft.

ArcMap does remember the exceptions and stores them. I'm able to see the 3000+ exceptions I've previously marked in the past 3 years.

I'm still experiencing this. I validate the topology every day and am still receiving the same 70+errors that I've previously marked as exceptions. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

The tolerance is set to the default. Not sure how these are different than the other 3500. I'm stumped.

I have over 3,500 exceptions marked and they do not show back up in the error inspector unless I check the box show exceptions. I have about 70 that I've marked as exceptions but are still coming back as errors. I'm concerned with those 70.

I have our parcels in a topology. When I validate the topology, errors are returned that show the outside boundary of the polygons where the roads would fall. I mark all the errors as exceptions. The next time I validate topolgy, the same errors are appearing even though I've marked them as exceptions. I've gone through the process at least 5 times and they are still coming back as errors. Why aren't they staying as exceptions?

I have to create a number of kernel density layers. I'm supposed to use the z-score in the calculation. I do not see an option to enter z-score in the Kernel density tool. Could I use the Population input? My directions specifically state to create the layers using the z-scores.

Currently working on a Topology project with tax parcels. The streets are errors and we have been marking them as exceptions. In the last few days, I've noticed that the segments are broken and neither show up as an Error or Exception. Has anyone see this before?
