Hi Robert, Unfortunately that is the case. I haven’t found anything yet. The desktop version works properly after I manually added the widgets. The mobile ones work ok but I can’t customize them like the desktop one. Brandon

What looks like the placeholders for the onscreen widgets in the mobile part of the config.json have no name. Is this the way it’s suppose to be? I have attached both the mobile and desktop parts of the config.json.

I believe the problem was that I added the widgets manually after the script was downloaded. Do you know a proper procedure for this? I stuck the downloaded widget folders in the configs and widgets folders and then it reflected okay in the desktop but not for the mobile.

I also forgot to add that the desktop version has the bookmark widget openAtStart. Is that possible to take off for the mobile?

Hello, I would like to change the onscreen widgets for the mobile only. The desktop version has a bookmark and a near me widget. I would like to remove the near me entirely and then reduce the icon size and placement of the bookmark widget. I am using the tabbed theme. Is this easy to do? Thanks Robert. This worked nicely. I used a media response so it affected only the app on a mobile platform. Can the sidebar controller on a tabbed theme have the ellipsis (...) button and that drop down menu at the top that turns all layers on/off removed? I saw a post about it for the foldable.

Hello, Can someone help me create a story map that has two splash pages back to back for this map caltrans.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapSeries/index.html?appid=9c9b080c67af4d2db74b663efba971bd (that is the out of the box version)? I already have one using the code with this link https://community.esri.com/thread/194778-splash-for-story-map-using-html-code that serves as a map introduction. Now the layer list layer text is getting scrunched from adjusting the sidebar. I haven't found any remedy yet for this. Is this an easy fix too? I am done after this. Last question I promise. Thanks.

What I was trying to say is when I adjusted the maxwidth to something other than 365, the desktop was fine but the mobile went blank. That’s all. I will mark as anwered. Thanks for all the help.

Hi Robert, This is excellent. I am surprised that when I changed…. moveTopOnActive: false, maxWidth: 365, minWidth: 55, animTime: 200, the maxwidth to 285 and the min to 40 in this case, nothing showed up on the cell. Only in the desktop version. When I added your code provided, the mobile adjusted to the settings designated. What method changes both? Just out of curiousity.
