Hello @DeanAnderson2  This looks to me like: An ArcGIS Pro refresh issue - the values are getting calculated but it requires closing and opening the ArcGIS Pro client to see the changes. A python issue when working against feature services. My Advice: Since this is not specific to the parcel fabric, move this post to the ArcGIS Pro Questions https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/bd-p/arcgis-pro-questions and tag it appropriately so it reaches the right community. @DrewDowling Thanks for the explanation. Please log a bug if the attribute rules fail to fire when using a subtype. I am sure you are aware of the workaround to use attribute rules without subtypes: use a single attribute rule with the appropriate condition logic for each of your 'types/categories. @DrewDowling  Beyond the bugs Tim listed above and their workarounds I recommend avoiding using subtypes for any feature class, including the parcel fabric feature classes unless they are used for their intended intention: When you have to apply different rules (topology & attribute rules) within the same feature class When you want to apply different domains, default values... within the same feature class. Do not use subtypes just because: A subtype layer allows you to turn on and off the visibility of subtypes It seems logical   Downsides of using subtypes: It adds complexity to managing your schema: applying rules, domains, and default values... It adds complexity to managing your map: layers, feature templates It adds complexity to configuring other things like Tasks, ETL automation ... Some operations might not know which subtype needs to be applied and you might get unexpected results (e.g. build a parcel from a polygon - which subtype line to use?)         ... View more

@DeanHowellTMR  If there is a 'one time' need to consume ArcMap Cadastral XML files I would recommend to consume it into an ArcMap Parcel Fabric and then upgrade the parcel fabric to the new (ArcGIS Pro) format. If you are thinking long-term, you can consider: Instruct the external sources to stop using Cadastral XML and provide the data as a parcel fabric in a file geodatabase. Write a python script (geoprocessing script tool) to process the casdastral XML into simple features in a parcel fabric and then build it. This can be done in a staging file geodatabase and then use the geoprocessing tool 'Append Parcels' to append it into a version in your production environment. Both the cadastral XML and your target information model might contain extended attributes that you would like to map / preserve. Update: This is a bug with ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 that will impact anyone using feature services against a 10.9.1 Server. The bug is that 'Constrained XYZ' points are processed as 'XY Free' - hence the movement. This was fixed with ArcGIS Enterprise (server) 11.0. Please submit a hotfix request if it is needed with the 10.9.1 server. If you end up requesting a hotfix please mention that the development team has fixed it as part of issue #3235.   ... View more

@BibiOung  The Create Record pane inherits the settings of your record layer. Steps: In the Contents pane select the Records layer --> Data Design --> Fields to open the fields design view.   Create your fields, reorder fields, hide fields, mark certain fields 'Read Only', highlight fields of intrest, and rename field aliases.   Create a new record to see your new settings. These settings are saved to the map you are using.   The reason we have left the 'Created Parcel Count' and 'Retired Parcel Count' editable is that there are some (not common) use cases for manually editing them.
