To create a polygon feature constrained by a distance, you can follow the directions in the help documentation here. The Edit tab is at the top of the ribbon and is where one "starts" an edit session.

One question I have for you is why you're using the OBJECTID field as your Zone Field parameter? In the Help Documentation, it says to use the field that contains the values that define each zone. OBJECTID's are unique, ArcGIS created/maintained attributes for raster/vector datasets. I would first use a different attribute field for the Zone Field parameter. What is the output/result?

Ethically I cannot provide the answer to this exam question but I do recommend reading the following ArcGIS Pro help documentation about Sharing a web layer. The answer is located in this URL Web Layer grouping and underlying pages. One of the best ways to learn and discover the answer is to publish a web layer from ArcGIS Pro! @Merritt and @ThomasPe - one thing I saw on the internals related to this question is building raster pyramids seem to fix the issue that other users were experiencing. I'd recommend trying this workflow and see if the error message returns.

@DanPatterson is correct. The ArcPy package is part of the default Python distribution that is provided by ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Server. You can learn more about it here.

This is very odd. Can you send me the zipped up geodatabase to rleclair at esri dot com so I may evaluate on my side? Also, do you have any Add-Ins installed in your ArcGIS Pro installation? Maybe that's causing an issue?

Are you using a file geodatabase or an enterprise geodatabase? If enterprise, then make sure your Feature Dataset is registered as versioned first before working on a topology.

This looks to be BUG-000165330 - "unable to take ArcGIS Pro license offline if license assigned through ArcGIS Enterprise portal 11.2 with GIS Professional User type" If the user using a combination of Creator User Type + Add-on ArcGIS Pro Basic/Standard/Advanced, they can take license offline. This bug is under review currently.

There is an ENH-000155989: In ArcGIS Pro, add a tool to convert personal geodatabases to file geodatabases. I don't know if it will be implemented but it has been requested. With that said, there's an interesting python script here - Solved: how to convert mdb to gdb - Esri Community - don't know if it's using ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro though.

There is BUG-000167647 - "Issues with classifying the symbology of a raster dataset using continuous floating-point values in ArcGIS Pro 3.3" It's scheduled to be fixed in ArcGIS Pro 3.4 later this year. Workarounds include: Use the Apply Symbology From Layer tool to import the symbology from a similar layer. Edit the 'Maximum number of unique values to display' parameter within the Raster and Imagery ArcGIS Pro options.
