Some things to troubleshoot: If you've installed an earlier release of Pro before upgrading to Pro 1.3, it's best to do a complete uninstall of the original product. If you've installed an earlier release of ArcGIS Pro, I'd recommend uninstalling Python 3.4 as the components are now part of the 1.3 installation. Determine from your administrator if you're licensed to run Pro.  If not, they'll have to authorize your Named User account. Upgrade your .NET Framework to 4.6.1 or higher. Update your video card driver by determining the make/model of your card.  Then go directly to the manufacturer's website to download the driver.  Windows Update will not provide the latest driver for your video card. ... One option is to create model with an iterator that runs the Domain to Table GP tool then have that followed with the Table to Domain tool to copy them into a new geodatabase.  There may be a more graceful way of doing this but this is the first workflow that came to mind. ... View more

I suspect this editing functionality is not part of Pro 1.3 but may be part of Pro 1.4.  The Pro Developers are working hard with the next release for "ArcMap equivalency" - meaning the same functionality (tool/extension/behavior wise) will be available in Pro 1.4.  From what I hear, Pro 1.4 will drop end of the year. ... Micah - partially because it's a multi-threaded application and all the GP tools scripting was rewritten for Pro.  ArcMap GP tools scripting used a variety of programming languages so it was "clunky" for lack of a better term.  There is a tool in ArcMap 10.4 as well as Pro 1.x called "Analyze Tools for Pro" that will look at your Python tools from ArcMap and custom tools/toolboxes written with 2.7 Python.  From there, it will output a text file telling you what won't work in 3.4.1 Python.  This link should help with the transition:  https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/arcpy/get-started/python-migration-for-arcgis-pro.htm ...
