The ArcMap method you mention for the Profile Graph Tool utilized graphic lines I believe.  At this time, AGP does not support graphics so the previous workflow is not possible.  As you may know, there is the Profile Graph workflow in AGP but is not as single click easy as you described.  I know customers have been asking for graphics support in AGP - hopeful that this is added to a future release.  (Disclaimer:  I'm an Esri Instructor and have little to know sway in how/what the AGP developers work/plan for future AGP releases.) ... Jerome - I have not seen this delete behavior in my AGP sessions.  My workflow for deleting features, click the Edit core tab, select the features to delete, and save my edits.  Upon hitting the delete command, they do disappear from my map view.  One thing that I've seen that addresses these inconsistencies is to delete (or rename) the C:\Users\<user profile>\appdata\roaming\Esri folder and the C:\Users\<user profile>\appdata\local\Esri folder (close AGP before doing this).  Restart AGP and try the workflow again. Jerome - I did look into your stylus support in ArcGIS Pro question and found an enhancement request - ENH-000091405 : Add stylus support for navigation within ArcGIS Pro - that is to be incorporated in a future release of AGP. As an Esri Senior Instructor, I cannot comment development workflows for future releases as I'm not privy to those conversations.  Nor can I comment on Esri Support Services either.  The latest release of AGP incorporated a lot of customer requests as well as ArcMap equivalency items that were missing in earlier releases.  AGP is not a completed application as of yet and future releases will increase the capability of the product.  ArcMap is mature product having benefited from 20+ years of development.  AGP was initially released in late 2015 and it has some amazing functionality with much more development yet to come. Apologies Brian - when I click on the first email from GeoNet it took me below the chain above it so was initially unaware of the prior discussions.  Did you see my response after my first response? I did reply to the portion above this area and believe the issue to be with the Alias Field for setting up the Locate parameters.  Not sure if Excel supports alias fields.  If it's occurring after the 2.1.3 update and not prior updates, then it's a BUG.  I know 2.2 will be releasing very soon so perhaps that's another test with the 2.2 upgrade. ... Brian - ArcGIS Pro does support joined layers.  I think the issue here is the Locate "add layer" is using field alias's to configure the search options. I suspect the Excel file does not have alias fields unlike a feature class.  Let me do some more digging but I think this is why you're seeing this failure to configure. ... View more

Okay - so in the Locate Pane, click Settings.  From there, click the + sign to the right of Locate Provider and select "add layer."  In the Select Layer UI, select the layer you wish to locate attributes for and then click OK.  This will open the Configure Layer for Locate Pane.  From there find the field you wish to Locate attributes for, then click the Search Mode dropdown to identify how to find attribute - Equals or Contains.  Click the back arrow above Alias Mode and then move up the layer to the first in the list with ArcGIS World Geocoding Service and XY Provider below your layer.  Now your Locate is configured to search for attributes in your layer.  Here's the Help Page - http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/data/geocoding/find-a-feature-using-the-locate-pane.htm ...
