Related to the AUTHORITY question, I found a FAQ for Authority: EPSG that talks about it a bit. I can't find out what the 103038 means though. Melita Kennedy - do you know what the AUTHORITY["ESRI",103038] means?

Hi Eduardo - so in reviewing the bug report with other customers via Support Services, I've learned there is an enhancement request ENH-000119346 (Allow option to disable ArcGIS Pro 3D scene labels showing through buildings at street level." At first read, it seems unrelated, but in a deeper review of the request, it does reference the BUG in this thread and mentions that later releases will focus more on 3D labeling. So this means that this issue is with us for the near term sadly.

If you move it into the 2D layers of the Contents Pane, does the Label Placement UI not gray out? Please advise.

Okay. Would you be able to test the Copy Features GP tool to see if that tool works properly or not? Then we can troubleshoot workflows from there.

Not sure when this functionality was made available. I'm working with AGP 2.3.0.

You can do this in AGP certainly. Right click on the SDE connection and select Geodatabase Connection Properties from the context menu. Select the version you want to always go to. Voila - the next time you connect to the geodatabase, it goes to your editing version instead of DEFAULT.

I found an old portion of a script that may do this via python. Could be worth a look. There's another link too that goes a bit deeper.

Apologies for the tardy response, I was on vacation and am getting settled in this week. So with regard to BUG-000095765, the Support Services mentions it's in the Product Plan to be fixed but I don't see what release that will be. As noted below, it has not been resolved for AGP 2.3. I'll monitor this thread.

Have you upgraded to ArcGIS Pro 2.3 yet? The new update has more color schemes to choose from. I read somewhere that AGP 2.3 now displays data similar to ArcMap in with default symbologies and default colors. Haven't checked the Random Color Scheme yet.

One workflow to avoid all this is to subtype your geodatabase data if the categories are reasonably set. Then whenever you add it to a new map or want to edit, the software recognizes the categories of data automatically.

Sounds like your Feature Template is not showing bus stops. What I would do is delete the current Feature Template and create a new one using the steps in the link. Does that resolve the issue?

It sounds like the Feature Class to Geodatabase GP tool is defaulting to your Default.gdb that's buried in a Window's folder structure. What I would do is create a new file geodatabase in a project folder (in the Catalog window, right click in the folder you where you want the *.gdb to be stored and select New File Geodatabase), then run the Feature Class to Geodatabase GP tool with output geodatabase being the newly created file geodatabase. Make sense?
