I am trying to populate a comment box with a specific comment based off the answer from a multiple choice question. There are three total choices for the multiple choice, Compliant, Non-Compliant, No Comment. The formula I have come up with is below. (if(selected(${VSMPSWPPP_SWPPP_MS1},'Compliant'), 'In Compliance',if(selected(${VSMPSWPPP_SWPPP_MS1},'Non-Compliant'), 'Non-Compliant Comment'), if(selected(${VSMPSWPPP_SWPPP_MS1}'N/A'), 'SWPPP Not Inspected'))))

My organization is in the process of switching from an asset management centered inspection form for land disturbing projects to an extensive Survey123 form. With the use of power automate, I have been able to match and improve what our inspectors have gotten use to with the previous software. One issue I am having trouble figuring out is how to notify a group of people if the status of the job changes. For instance, my organization issues Stop Work Orders. I have configured a trigger to send an email to management when the Stop Work Order is issued. I simply run a conditional statement of Job Status is equal to Stop Work Order along with another statement that takes repeats into account. What I am trying to figure out is the best way to notify the same group when the Stop Work Order is changed back to Active. There has been some discussion about our inspectors typing an email to notify management when the status is back to active, but that scares me a bit due to the fact that it brings human error into play. Would anyone have an idea on how I should approach this? Thanks in advance.

Oh ok. I see. I would look into the convert HTML to pdf feature in power automate. I have not used it, but I know the option exists. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.

I am in the final steps of my email flow via Power Automate. It was a long road because I had to learn a little about that capabilities of Power Automate. Apparently sending attachments are not straight forward in flow, but the good guys at ESRI have created a tutorial on how to send attachments. The good, this tutorial is straight forward. The bad, you would need Power Automate Premium to complete this task. I have researched work arounds for this, but at the end of the day, I submitted a request for Premium to be added to my account. Tutorial link is below. Tutorial

Just as an experiment, I created a simple form with one repeat, tested it and the flow triggers when I edit the form. My original form has three different repeat sections with their relevance tied to an answer further up the page, so now I will try to add the remaining repeats to see if I can edit those as well. I have to be honest, automating this process via power automate with repeat data has been quite a pain. On a side note, can you guide me to any documentation that would help me pull only the newest repeat item for an email? I have an inspection form with with each repeat item within a repeat being a new inspection. I am looking to send an email notification to project managers once an inspection by our field crew is finished.

@ZacharySutherby I am using version 3.11.164 and survey connect version 3.11.123. I am actually logged in as a user when submitting the survey. When recording network activity, I notice the web hook has a status of 404. The information or that line is below. Also enclosed is an attachment showing the error log.

Yes it is public and I am editing the survey via Chrome. I am curious if I need to create an expression in Power Automate for when a repeat is added or if the trigger should automatically run whether I am creating a new survey or editing an existing survey.

I have a flow set up in Power Automate set to run when a new survey is submitted. With the exception of figuring out how to attach images from the newer multiline image feature, the flow works great. What I am trying to understand is how to send an email notification when a survey is edited. I have gone to the arcgis online webhook page and enabled the options for when a survey is submitted and when a survey is edited, but that does not seem to to help. This is important because we are tracking a site via a repeat section, so I need to send an email anytime a repeat item is added. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you, Ismael. So I was able to create a flow, yet there items in the repeat section did not show in my "test" email. The only items that showed in the email were two brackets. I assume there should be some sort of data within those brackets. You mentioned appending the output of the "RSF" variable, but I am unsure what to append that data too. Please see workflow below.

I was asked to create a Stormwater Inspection form using Survey 123 and have run into an issue. I am basically trying to create email notification each time new repeat data is added to the form. Just to give a rundown, I have the form set up with general information fields such as fields like contractor name, phone number, email and etc. And then I have a repeat section in which a new inspection will be created weekly until a project site is complete. What I would like to do is create an email in powerautomate that has that general information, but also the latest repeat data. Thus far, I have created the trigger in power automate, then a condition, but when I add a field from the repeat data to the body section, it asks me to add another action called "Apply to each" and it is that section where progress stalls. Would anyone have experience in doing such a thing? If I need to, I can add my xml file. Thanks in advance.

The list of the permits. We issue about twenty different permits, so I am looking for a person to click the parcel and see every permit that has been issued. However, the total amount of permits would be a nice addition. Thanks.

I currently have a webmap that consists of two layers. One is a polygon layers which represents parcels, and the other is a points layer that represents issued permits. I would like for the AGOL popup to show a list of the permits issued for each parcel, but am unsure of the arcade statement. As of right now, I have this expression, but it fails to return results: var intersectLayer =Intersects(FeatureSetByName($map,"Permits Issued"), $feature) for (var f in intersectLayer){ return f.NAME } The permits layer is called "Permits Issued" in the web map. The field I would like to display in the popup is called "PermitType". Can anyone advise me on what I may be doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

I have created my first web application using Experience Builder and have run into an issue. Using my organization's colors is not an issue in Experience Builder, however when I publish it and make it public, I lose my entire color scheme. Please see images below. The first is from the preview window in Experience Builder and the second is what the application looks like once made public. I have attempted to change several setting such as organization theme and custom colors and nothing has allowed publicly view the app as I designed it.

I am curious to know why the selection of polygons in an AGOL map fails to display in a straight line. I have tried to research this topic but couldn't find much on it. It appears as if the outline of the polygon looks wavy. Please see attached image.
