Hey Natalie Martinkus, One thing you could look at is the network traffic on the users end. You can do this by opening the developer tools (F12 in most browsers) and then clicking on the network tab. It looks like this: Then when the user tries to login they will be able to see the requests being made and potentially where the issue is being caused. You would be looking for timeout errors here or 4xx errors. Happy to discuss further! Thanks, Ben If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. Wade, Bryan, You could also try this: Starting at Survey123 3.0, geopoint questions include geosearch functionality, allowing users to search for an address or point of interest and have the map zoom to and place the geopoint marker at this location. To use this functionality, select the map in the survey to open a full geopoint view. Type the desired address or location in the text box at the top of the screen, select the correct result from the autocomplete results, and the map will zoom to its location. The full geopoint view is also capable of reverse geocoding, to display the details of your geopoint. To do this, either press and hold on the location on your map, or press and hold on the coordinate display at the bottom of the screen. The location will be printed above the coordinate display. The reverse geocoded location won't be submitted with your survey response. By default, the geosearch functionality returns results from the entire world, using ArcGIS World Geocoder to search for the addresses. These options can be changed by pressing the globe option to the left of the search box. This opens a dialog box allowing you to change the search mode between Search everywhere and Search within the visible map extents, or to accept Map coordinate input only. You can also choose to use any geocoder available to your organization, for both geosearching and reverse geocoding. If you're not signed in, you'll only have access to ArcGIS World Geocoder. Hey Wade, Bryan, I don't think you can use the geopoint in the way you want to. If you don't include a geopoint field it will automatically capture the location of the device when the survey is completed. You could create a single choice list which contains the office locations. Then have a calculated field based on the office choice that stores the lat, lon. You could then pull the data into Pro and calculate the coordinates off the new field. Happy to discuss further. Hey Emergency Management, I thought I already replied to this one but it doesn't look like my answer came through. Have you checked the permissions on the survey123 feature class? Is it also set to public? If you can post the links to the dashboard I can have a look for you! Thanks Ben If this answer was helpful please mark it as helpful. Hey Jonathan Fleming, I'm wondering if you have a cached version? When I tried both of your links it went straight through with no prompts for credentials. Sometimes I have found if I share an app and don't share all the data, when I share all the underlying data it caches the original connection and so I have to clear my cache or try from a different machine. Zian Choy, I have done a fair amount of work with Chef and I always struggled to get it working properly. Chef has recently changed its licensing and I'm interested to see what Esri does in terms of supporting it now. The way software deployment seems to be going is more towards devops which means deploying software in a more repeatable method. The initial setup for these scripts can take a bit longer than doing a manual install and then cloning a machine however you will start to see benefit when you need to upgrade. Upgrading using these powershell scripts is often as simple as downloading the newest version of the script and copying in your config files and away it goes. These powershell scripts have a config file that allows you to set a domain user or user account that you specify. You can see the sample config files here: arcgis-powershell-dsc/BaseDeployment-SingleMachine.json at master · Esri/arcgis-powershell-dsc · GitHub There are sample scripts for single machine delpoyment, multi machine deployment and more here: arcgis-powershell-dsc/SampleConfigs/v3/Base Deployment at master · Esri/arcgis-powershell-dsc · GitHub Let me know if you have any other questions. Hey Zian Choy, Have you looked into any of the automation scripting tools? Hey Sherry Mattice, I don't think you can add a percentage sign to the field as its of type integer. You have two options, you can add it in when you display it using Arcade or you can use a text field and a regular expression to capture it in the survey. I've attached an example survey that will capture the number and percentage sign in a text field. If you need to do calculations on the field then you are better off leaving it as an integer field and using an Arcade expression to add a percentage sign to the end. Hey Andrew Paulsen, When you calculate your fileds you can use python to convert a text field to an int field. Here is a screenshot of how I did it. Hey Simon Crutchley, If you have access to ArcMap you could use this video to create the hexbins and then upload it as a layer to AGOL: 40 Years of Piracy It is ArcGIS Pro but the concepts will carry across to Map as well.
