The maps must contain and editable feature service. This is different then the map notes layer or imported files like gpx, csv and shp that can be added to a web map and edited in AGOL. The editing of those features are not supported in the apps today. Secondly the maps must be shared to you through a group or exist under "my content". The app does not pull on the web maps that exist in your organization. Hope this helps Russ

This is something we are intentionally blocking on iOS. We found a bug on iOS itself that would cause the app to get shutdown when tapping on hyperlinks in the popup. We have submitted a bug report to Apple but we have not seen it fixed in the latest updates. Russ

Right now in the apps you cannot generate routes to lines. Its hard to determine what point along a line you would want to route against. It is easier to pull a point from a polygon because you can say the centroid is what you route too. You can also hold your finger on the map and that will drop a pin and you can route to that pin as a work around. Russ

The app requires you have a basemap. The basemap drives the projection of the operational layers. Can you create a tpk and sideload it onto the device and let the app use that basemap for your offline maps? Russ

I tried this one out with a WGS 84 BM sideloaded, along with feature layers in WGS 84 and in Maryland SP on top of the Web Merc, WGS 84 basemaps and I couldn't reproduce any crashes when I would submit a feature. If you can share me the maps that are crashing for you I can check them out. Russ

The error is the data on the service is referencing the same data source in the enterprise database. This is currently not supported. Each layer/ & table will have to have its own data source in the database.
