Hi there, I'm using the web version of the Experience Builder in ArcGIS Online. When I try to include a web map or a secured service from our Enterprise (10.6.1) server I get following error: Error Invalid client_id Error: 400 The services and the web map are shared via a collaboration. Also: Once I close the error message window, the Experience Builder is not responding any resp. I can't add any more layers until I refresh the browser Do I have to add the application to portal or to the trusted servers? Cheers, Marco

Hi all, I have a feature service which I would like to make editable. One of the fields of this feature is the Inspection Date. In the Pop-Up this field shows a "human-readable" format. However, when I try to edit this field/feature, the date format change to Epoch which makes it unusable. This is a referenced feature service Enterprise 10.6.1 happens in Smart Edtor, Editor and in the underlying webmap Any ideas how to resolve this issue? Cheers, Marco

Hello, I'm wondering if its possible to use an offline TPK file as basemap for the field worker app? I know in Collector and Co you can use one if you store the file in a Basemaps folder. However, it seems that this doesn't work in ArcGIS Workforce. If I create an offline area from the webmap (using the Workforce interface), I'm getting a TPK (see below). So assume somehow it should be possible.

Hello, I'm experiencing some issues with the geoshape fields in my Survey123. I'm using these field in a related table (repeat) to measure different areas. When using this basemap (which is in New Zealand Transverse Mercator 2000 (2193) ) the area size (measurement) is not correct. However, when using ESRIs Imagery instead, the measurement seems to be correct. The spatial reference of the survey is 4326. Is there any workaround available? Cheers, Marco

sorry to be a pain, but I just discovered another odd behaviour. I have added another service to the web map, this time from a different server (10.6.1). This service had limited access, and therefore I was asked to signing. After signing, however,: none of the map tools were showing, and the map actions (Zoom to) weren't working

Thanks, I have sent you the invite. The behavior is a little bit inconsistent. So for instance, I could start the Experience and go to view #2 which has then the issue with no map tools showing. All the other views are working fine. When I refresh the Experience, #2 might work this time, but some of the other don't. I tested on Firefox and Chrome. None of them show any issues in the console.

Hello, I found an issue which is quite annoying for me. Maybe there is an easy fix for that? The problem is, if I switch the view/section from one to another, all the map tools (search, basemap, navigation,...) disappear and are not available anymore. However, this happens ONLY if I define a map action (Extent Changes - Zoom to). So, it works fine if no map actions are setup.. Thank you David, I tried that, but I'm experiencing some issues with the sync of the map extent. It works fine the first time, but when you switch back or go to the next section, it won't keep the map extent. Although I had setup the map actions for that.
