Reclassify to integer values and then divide by a value to create the probability raster. I.e, if you want all the values in the habitat raster that are forest, for example, to have an inclusion probability of 0.75, then reclass them to 75 and the use the Divide (by 100) tool to create the probability raster Steve

It is a layer created using the Geostatistical Analyst extension. If you created the output running Spatial Analyst or 3D then you'll need to specify a larger processing extent in the Environment and re-run the tool. Hope this helps. Steve

Is this a Geostatistical layer? Is field boundary's extent larger than the extent of the points? Try choosing "the current display extent"

The Wizard is not available on Server. However, all the Geostatistical Analyst Geoprocessing tools are. You can therefore create a Geostatistical Layer on ArcGIS Desktop and modify and manipulate it on Server. Thanks Steve

A word of caution regarding post processing contour lines. You could end up with intersecting lines. The recommended approach is to smooth the DEM and then contour it or experiment with a different contouring algorithm. Try the ContourWithBarriers tool and don't specify a barrier. -Steve
