Is this a Geostatistical layer? Is field boundary's extent larger than the extent of the points? Try choosing "the current display extent"

The Wizard is not available on Server. However, all the Geostatistical Analyst Geoprocessing tools are. You can therefore create a Geostatistical Layer on ArcGIS Desktop and modify and manipulate it on Server. Thanks Steve

A word of caution regarding post processing contour lines. You could end up with intersecting lines. The recommended approach is to smooth the DEM and then contour it or experiment with a different contouring algorithm. Try the ContourWithBarriers tool and don't specify a barrier. -Steve

Lets say that you output to a raster with a cell size of 10 meters and it produces a raster with 5 columns and 5 rows. Geostatistical Analyst is making 25 predictions, each at the center of the output 10 meter cell. Now you change the cellsize to 5 m, now you have 100 predictions, and so on. Steve

See TopoToRaster (it uses inter alia thin plate splines) or convert your contours to points. however, you might then have "steps" in your output surface. Steve
