It is a layer created using the Geostatistical Analyst extension. If you created the output running Spatial Analyst or 3D then you'll need to specify a larger processing extent in the Environment and re-run the tool. Hope this helps. Steve

The Wizard is not available on Server. However, all the Geostatistical Analyst Geoprocessing tools are. You can therefore create a Geostatistical Layer on ArcGIS Desktop and modify and manipulate it on Server. Thanks Steve

A word of caution regarding post processing contour lines. You could end up with intersecting lines. The recommended approach is to smooth the DEM and then contour it or experiment with a different contouring algorithm. Try the ContourWithBarriers tool and don't specify a barrier. -Steve
