You may have a corrupt raster. Try the following 1) create, using Windows Explorer, c:\temp if you don't already have it 2) in ArcGIS Pro, use the following geoprocessing tool to copy it to another format 3) CopyRaster input raster = N_Load, output raster = c:\temp\myraster.tif 4) try using c:\temp\myraster.tif in RasterToPoint

The field in the RasterToPoint tool should populate with Value if the raster is floating point. @RichardMorris what type of raster are you using? Is it a .tif or file gdb raster or is it an Image Service?

if you've picked Minimum and say 3 points with values 5,6,7 fall within a raster cell, then that cell will be assigned a value of 5. Have you looked at How Point To Raster works

Do any of your criteria rasters appear in the Suitability group layer in the Contents pane? Did you convert the criteria rasters to Web Imagery layers or another raster dataset on disk? Can you email me (slynch@esri.com) the .sam file, it is a JSON text file in the same folder as your ArcGIS Pro project?

- how many columns and rows does the output raster have? - do the input points display within the extent of the raster? - include a print of the number of records in out_weatherstations, use GetCount, in your script to see how many points are going into IDW

Please keep me posted via this thread or via email slynch@esri.com You could use RasterCopy, with output to .tif for example, when making a copy of the raster extent from the mosaic dataset and remember to, in the tool's environment, set SnapRaster = input Mosaic
