We have this issue logged and it will be addressed in the 1.4 release. This issue is caused by using the clientId 'ExperienceBuilder' instead of 'arcgisWebApps' while accessing 'validateAppAccess' via the REST API because 10.7.1 does not support clientId. Cheers, David

This type of functionality is very custom since other widgets can do the selection as you mentioned above. You could do a hitTest on the click event for the map and then use a graphicslayer to hold the results then add your custom symbol. However, any selections from other widgets like list or table will do the normal selection. Perhaps this is a requirement we can add to the map widget that allows you to add a custom marker symbol for the highlight option. I am curious though regarding the highlight selection, can you provide an example of how it doesn't distinguish enough? We could share this with the JSAPI team. Cheers, David

That Explore San Diego app is actually going to one page but the content changes based on the selected feature in the list. When you say "different page" are you actually saying that each feature in the list goes to its own unique separate page? If yes regarding different page, how do you determine which page it should go to? Is that page inside of Experience Builder or a different site? David

@NataliyaLys after talking with the JSAPI team the issue appears to be a service issue. After reviewing a query response using PBF output the domain is returning "TIF_Status" instead of JSON. We have reported an issue with the server team to review. Does that TIF_Status name sound familiar? David

The extent change trigger is based on the extent of the map. If you remove the pan to, the zoom to will zoom to and pan to the results. However, since this trigger is based on the extent it does not synchronize the viewport between the two. I think that is a great idea to support this. I will add as an idea to our feature considerations. Cheers, David

Hi Ualas, As a workaround, you can change the URL of the JS API to use 4.18 instead of 4.17. To change it search for 'arcgisJSApiURL' in these files and replace the URL: client/dist/experience/index.html client/dist/template/index.html client/dist/site/index.html client/dist/builder/index.html Cheers, David
