Hey Stephen. I'm going to work on this first thing in the morning then I will reply to you.  Like I said before I have another big problem. The tablets I have using have Arcpad 10.0 which does not have the sync with feature service option. The type of options I am seeing that I can connect to are " arcgis online service" , " arcpad server arcpad service" and "arcims image service" . When I try to add the feature service although I could see it appear in the list when I try to add it to the map I think a window popped up either to Save an arcgis onljne file or open one. One last question.. Hey Randall. Thanks so much for your reply! Replies have been hard coming!  So when I tried the "Soap" format which you suggested first of I get an error message saying " error 404 no services found"  then when I try the "Rest"format I get an error message saying " Invalid URL" . On the other hand, when I try the REST URL in the web browser I can see the services that are available.  see below.  please help! I need to get this sorted out ASAP ......  Thanks in Advance!
