Before initiating a new download, make sure you remove the featureTableLayers from the map view. This will ensure that there are no references to the old geodatabase and it can be released. Right now, when you move the geodatabase to a new location, its not fully released from the old location. And when you download the new geodatabase, the handle or pointer may not be updated. Let me know if this helps. Gagan

From the part of the crash log you posted, it seems like the problem is with the AVFoundation.framework and not the GIS module.

Hi Michael Davis, Can you explain what you mean by ViewDidLoad on the MapView? And if any of the tables from the old geodatabase are being used to render any layer in the map view? Gagan

Technical Q&A QA1747: Debugging Deployed iOS Apps Getting Crash Logs and Console Output With Xcode Even though you won't be able to run the app in Xcode's debugger, Xcode can still give you all the information you need to debug the problem. Using Xcode 6 1) Plug in the device and open Xcode 2) Choose Window -> Devices from the Xcode menu 3) Under the DEVICES section in the left column, choose the device 4) To see crash logs, select the View Device Logs button under the Device Information section on the right hand panel 5) To see the device console, click the up-triangle at the bottom left of the right hand panel to show the device console, then click the down arrow on the bottom right to save the console as a file 6) Find your app in the Process column and select the Crash log to see the contents. 7) Xcode 6 will also list low memory logs here; these will be shown with a Process name "Unknown" and Type "Unknown. You can examine the contents of the log to determine whether any of these are caused by your app. For more information about low memory logs, see Understanding and Analyzing iOS Application Crash Reports. Using Xcode 5 1) Plug in the device and open Xcode 2) Open the Organizer window and select the Devices tab 3) Under the DEVICES section in the left column, expand the listing for the device 4) Select Device Logs to see crash logs or select Console to see Console output

Hi Eric Daniel, The auto pan navigation mode won't be reset in case of zooming in or out. But only when the user pans on the map, the mode is switched off, which is the ideal behavior. You can always add a button to switch back to auto pan mode. If you want you can disable the pan gesture during the navigation mode. Let me know if this helps! Gagan

Hi Thomas Marcotte, We are in the process of creating the swift versions for the samples we have on GitHub. We will try and prioritize, so that these samples are done first. I will keep you posted. Thanks, Gagan

Hi Muhammad Hassan, Thanks for sharing the code. It was helpful in debugging the problem. After spending some time on this, I found out that the problem is with the way you have defined the coordinates in the NSString. There is an extra space after each comma (,), which causing zero value to be loaded for the latitude. So if you simply remove the extra spaces, this should work. And you don't need to create CLLocationCoordinate2D coordinates. You can simply use the lat tong values for x and y when creating an AGSPoint. Good luck!

Hi Kyle Dunaway, Did you try checking the application data and see if the geodatabase file still exists? If not then this is how you can do it. Connect your device to your machine. In Xcode, go to "Window" (menu) and then "Devices". Select your device from the list on the left. You will see all the applications installed on your device. Double click on the application in question and you should see the files. Let me know if this helps. Cheers, Gagan

Hi Kyle Dunaway, In the completion handler you should be getting a AGSLocalTiledLayer object. You can use the "cachePath" property on that object to get the full path for the .tpk file. You can store that path for future reference or if you just need the filename, I am sure you can do a substring operation on the NSString (cachePath). I hope this helps. Cheers, Gagan

Hi Chris Martin, In the addPoint method you are creating a new graphics layer every time. So every time you add a point its in a different graphics layer. Try creating a instance variable for the graphics layer and access the same variable in the addPoint method. Good luck. Gagan

Hi Shimin Cai, You can use Key-Value Observing approach for this. You can add an observer for "self.mapView.locationDisplay.mapLocation" and every time it changes you just insert a new point into the AGSSketchGraphics which is already instantiated with an AGSMutablePolyline. Let me know if this helps.
