Phil - sorry, I was referring to the geo enrichment service options. I'll have to see if leaving the GP service parameter empty will disable the download option. Did you try this by any chance? We're also planning to upgrade this application to use a ArcGIS Web AppBuilder widget, so you may want to wait for that solution. The NearMe widget will be updated in Dec. to include filtering options. Chris

Hello fellow Parcel Editors, Just wanted everyone to know that we've released a new fully-hosted version of the Parcel Drafter, which can now be deployed directly to your portal using the solution deployment tools. http://solutions.arcgis.com/local-government/help/parcel-drafter/ Deployment instructions: http://solutions.arcgis.com/local-government/help/parcel-drafter/get-started/deploy-solution/ This solution supports using any basemap (WebMercator, Planar) and your own spatial reference for your parcel layer, and writes directly to feature layers. We've also added improved display of entered bearings and distances using labels in the predefined webmap, and we'll be updating this app in for the December release to include another enhancement to include X, Y start point entry. Thanks, Chris Buscaglia Local Government Solutions

Daryl, Looks like there are a few things that could be wrong with the configuration. Please open a support case so that we can triage. Thanks Chris

Hi Kyle, We do have some documentation around entering bearings, for quadrant bearing the format can be entered using NSEW prefix and suffix, or you can use the common shortcuts consistent with our desktop workflows (-1, -2, -3, -4). For decimal degrees, you can use decimal places instead of dashes. Create new parcel - Parcel Drafter | ArcGIS for Local Government

Hello Shaun, Below is a simple configuration of our standard Parcel Viewer to locate PLSS divisions and export them to a variety of formats. Still more work to be done on this (including adding quarters and quarter/quarters) but it's a good proof of concept for you. https://arcgis4localgov2.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=ab509ef545b6459d95f5eb83f4f53d42 Locate PLSS Divisions and export screeshots, note that I've pre-populated a search so you can see how it works. While you're at it, you may also want to see what other solutions for land records we have - http://solutions.arcgis.com/local-government/land-records Check out the new Parcel Drafter that lets you enter metes-and-bounds if you need to run out any land descriptions. http://tryitlive-361356583.us-west-2.elb.amazonaws.com/ParcelDrafter/ Thanks, Chris Christopher Buscaglia | ArcGIS Solutions Esri | 380 New York St | Redlands, CA 92373 | USA THE SCIENCE OF WHERE™

Walid - the mis-close may be a result of the original survey, typo, or the calculated (remainder) distances of the lines that you broke with the breakline tool. Please check these dimensions in relation to the original lines.

April - The processing tools that we include with Photo Survey will associate photos with parcels, or a location. You'll need to associate your photos to utility poles, if you have that setup already the process would be straightforward. The end result of the survey appear as attributes on the point features, so you'll be able to symbolize the end result simply. We actually have a help topic dedicated to monitoring the results of the survey - http://solutions.arcgis.com/local-government/help/photo-survey/get-started/monitor-surveys/ Thanks Chris Buscaglia Local Government Solutions

Hi Bryce - First, just wanted to let you know that developer edition is no longer required - you can configure the parcel drafter with standard WAB for ArcGIS. I know exactly what you're talking about with the SequenceID and Foreign Key, they are required fields in your feature layer. Did you download the layer package here: http://solutions.arcgis.com/local-government/help/parcel-drafter/ Chris

Walid - For this operation, road cut or dedication: 1. Using a 'construct from parent' operation, create breaklines at 8ft along the easterly boundary and southern boundary respectively, add a chord by digitizing between the two breakpoints and entering a 8ft. radius into the grid for the new line. 2. Build and mark historic. Chris

Tom, Unfortunately this is an unsupported feature that will not automatically populate based on the splitting parcels, merging parcels, etc. This table is also not exposed using the 'Make Parcel Fabric Table View' tool. Chris Buscaglia Local Government Team

Hi Adam - Good news on #5. Let me know if you run into any issues with this - we put quite a bit of work into this to make sure it can handle projected datasets (ex. State Plane) added to webmaps. Snapping definitely supported against any layer in your webmap. I'd recommend that you add current tax parcels, control points (or section corners) as minimum. Chris

Hi Adam - Question 1 - The Parcel Drafter doesn't save the traverse as a file, the courses are only saved as features. Question 2 - The only way to delete lines or modify a parcel is to use the 'Edit Traverse' function or edit the individual lines using the edit widget. Question 3 - This has been logged as an enhancement request - https://github.com/Esri/Parcel-Drafter/issues/60 Question 4 - Currently, the application supports the US Survey foot (.3048006 vs. int. foot .3048) and we can add this at a future release. Question 5 - I don't think that what you're experiencing is related to the US Survey foot since the difference is .0000006 ft. This could be related to the survey/deed/description, typo, etc. Please send the description that you're entering (through this channel), and open a technical support case for that issue so that we can triage. Question 6 - Please open a technical support case for that issue so that we can triage. Chris Buscaglia Local Government Solutions Team

Pat, Upon further review, I remembered that I had this issue when signing in before. https://github.com/Esri/AdoptA/issues/31 Deleting the user from the user table resolved the issue on my end. Can you try that and re-login? Thanks Chris
