The easiest way is to modify the code in stemapp and jimu.js. If you don't want to change code in jimu so that you can upgrade easily, here is a recommendation: * Create a off-panel widget, without UI * Config this widget in on-screen * In the widget, you can: * Load the GA lib * Use aspect.after() to bind some functions in widgetManager, such as: aspect.after(this.widgetManager, 'openWidget', function(){ GA.... })

It's correct, most of the files in jimu.js folder are removed before portal 10.5.1. From 10.5.1, the jimu.js folder will contain the full lib

Now, there is a variable (deployVersion) in env.js to avoid cache. Whenever you update your app, you can change this variable to avoid browser cache. But there are still some limitations: * The images and fonts in the css files may still be cached.

Here is the guide about how to run WAB as a window service: Run as a Windows service—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) | ArcGIS for Developers . As long as there is no port conflict, there is no problem to install WAB with other server on the same machine. To install multiple WAB as window services, you need to use different port and different service name (modified in server/package.json). For the app id, it's not recommended to share the app id between multiple WABs, but you can share it if you want. Any WAB server that the server domain matches the redirect URI in the app's registration info, the app id can be used in that WAB.

I think the reason is your portal does not support 3D. Only 10.3.1 or higher version support 3D app, could you check your portal version?
