There are lots of required parameters for the tool, have you specified them as model parameters in your model? Maybe showing the model might help

I guess you didn't install an "all users" pro. Smart if you are the only one using the machine, since you can install it where you want. That leaves the hoop Single use Single-use installations of theArcGIS Data Interoperability extensionrequire an authorization file. If yourArcGIS ProSingle Use installation is not licensed to use theData Interoperabilityextension, you can obtain an authorization file at the Esri Customer Care website. you can measure values as : geodesic, planar, loxodromic or great elliptic with the units in variants of planar or Imperial (eg meters, feet etc) as you have probably already surmised. You are looking for differences in coordinates I guess. The measure results will give you a net bearing but not a difference in the two locations in degrees or DMS I can only guess that the possible reason it is excluded is so that people don't try to record "distance" or "area" degrees or degrees squared. Those are pretty useless measures since they don't represent the same physical property as you move poleward. Addendum You can use the Measure Features option rather than the measure length or area. Below is an example where I set the display units of a planar map (MTM projection) to Decimal Degrees. I clicked on two locations and the locational information is recorded. If you want to :do the math" you can copy the results elsewhere

I don't use it, but Migration from ArcMap to ArcGIS Pro for data validation—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation Are you basing the assessment on what you read here? The opening paragraph suggests that you can use existing resources to get started. I wonder if is there a trial version that would allow you to check for actual differences

Add Geometry Attributes—Data Management toolbox | Documentation Did you try Area Geodesic? Does it get worse or better? And since most of your shapes seem to agree pretty well, what it is about those polygons? Are they multipart polygons? I would try to isolate those cases where things disagree, and work back from there... maybe the ST_area is wrong, who knows

From the 2.5 help Clip Raster—Data Management toolbox | Documentation Cuts out a portion of a raster dataset, mosaic dataset, or image service layer. You could probably sniff around to see if it was added in 2.5 There is a great video here What's new in ArcGIS Pro 2.5—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation or you could troll through the bug/enhancement list here Release notes for ArcGIS Pro 2.5—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation Or just install 2.5. If it doesn't work with 2.5, then there is something wrong with the image service.

clean everything out and start again would be easiest.. You don't click on spyder.exe to run it since there is some prior setup that has to be done, so create a shortcut /blogs/dan_patterson/2020/02/09/clone-arcgis-pro-25 /blogs/dan_patterson/2017/07/01/arcgis-pro-2-creating-desktop-shortcuts

looks like they are for different areas within the featureclass and that '0' is a valid observation. Any chance that you sorted on a column or something? maybe the 0's will reappear if you do which means the data and join were fine yesterday

Bring everything to your local machine if you can. Recreate the excel-to-table table. Export the featureclass/table that you were using as the destination to a new copy first, preferably in a new, locally stored file geodatabase. This an attempt to isolate potential sources of problems. New test file gdb,. New featureclass, new excel derived table... everything local rules out a lot of potential sources of error
